The condo unit was stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable, too. Plenty of shells and a nice walk along the beach in either direction. South Beach Grill across the street was our favorite, we ate there 4 times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was filthy, filthy selling fans, baseboards, showerhead soap, scum all the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen had crumbs in them. Everything was unorganized. I just can’t believe that condos can get away with it. I rent every two years from you all not this property but Vrbo and I never stayed in a clean property.

Thank you for your feedback. Our weekly floor cleaning includes sweeping, vaccuming and mopping without exception. It appears you did not use the provided complimentary guest beach chair cleaning station which will cause accumulation of sand on the floors, and the chairs were brought in covered in sand. We did the floor process 3 times to make sure it is clean for our next guest due to the excess sand brought in to remedy this. In addition we threw out the frying pan in the dishwasher that was put in there covered in food and we cleaned the dishwasher and replaced the frying pan. In the past 3 months we have replaced the flooring, installed new window coverings, There are 2 drawers in the kitchen. I inspected and they are spotless. We Installed a new refrigerator and dishwasher and painted the baseboards in the past 4 months. The bathtub is refinished every 6 months. I checked the pots/pans/dishes and they are all organized. The fans were cleaned 3 days before your arrival. We take pride in our beachfront paradise and make sure it is clean for our guests. We value your feedback and want you to know we have addressed every concern.

Fantastic 11th floor condo on the beach with partial Gulf views from balcony to north & south. Beach walks were enjoyed each day! Sunrises over the bay & sunsets on beach were spectacular Bed was very comfortable for great night sleep. Convenient “home base” for day trips to Marco Island and Sanibel/Captiva. Very well maintained complex with friendly staff, fun guests and helpful owners!

The apartment was comfortable and view was great, bay area view beautiful. No beach rentals and chairs in apartment too small for senior adults. The grounds were beautiful and enough lounges and chairs available. For 3 buildings they really need another pool. We found the pool crowded but very refreshing and clean!!

Nice beach stay, as well as a great pool. The unit was well equipped, and had a comfortable king size bed. Views from the deck were nice and you could see storms coming in and rainbows!Lots to do with the mall right across the street which had: 2 ice cream shops, tiki bar, surf shop, nice clothing stores, coffee, and fantastic Italian restaurant. Farmers market every T/TH. Our favorite restaurants were coconut jacks, Dixie fish, and doc fords.

Great Stay!

My best friend and I had a great stay in this condo. It was cute and comfy. The pool was very nice and the beach was close. The host, Deb, was extremely kind and helpful during our trip.
