Superb and spacious apartment located in sea-front residential estate. There is a long promenade of 8 km with many restaurants and shops. The apartment has 90 m2 with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room and a large terrace where you can relax.
It has a wide shared parking, huge gardens with a paddle and two tennis courts and a very large pool with a poolside restaurant just for the owners. In the garden there is also a playground and sporting place to play football.
The beach is right in front of the place, and there are three different supermarkets where you can find anything you may need,chemistÂŽs and several types of shops.
You can also find manifold restaurants and tapas bars within a radius of 500 meters.
It has a very easy access by car, and it is very near the suburban train, the Malaga airport or from the Malaga train station, as well as bus or taxi with a taxi rank right next to the building. There are also hospitals and emergency services within a radius of 1 km.

Cant fault property or host, great location on the quieter / family end of the beach but 3 / 5 mins walk and you arrive at breach, short twxi to harbour, bus also stops virtually outside and bars. Everyone enjoyed the holiday. Thank you Teresa

"Everything was as described and much more, the apartment is tastefully decorated and does not lack anything. The beach and the pool are very easily reachable, we have had no problem to find a parking space in the building complex. The owner answered all our questions very promptly and is very helpful. "Overall this property was one of the best we have stayed in. The quality of the linen,furniture and kitchen utensils was excellent - it was like a hotel. The air conditioning was great, there was a supermarket and shops very close by including a great park in the grounds for the kids. Parking was always easily accessible and it is just on the 1st floor so easy to get to. The best thing was the owner, Teresa - she was very kind and helpful which made it a pleasure to deal with her."

Excellent Location

Nice spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Double shower in the ensuite room. The third bedroom with a single bed is located away from the other two rooms. This may cause arguments between children. A single adults would like this I suspect. The apartment sits on the 8th floor and there are two small lifts which will fit three people in each. The apartment has very good aircon. Its a 3 minute walk to the main pool and there was plenty of grassed area for sunbathing Sunbeds are 1 euro per day. 5 minute walk to the beach. 35 minute walk to the main town, up the steps. Lovely area. Parking is very difficult to find. There are spaces on the Playamar complex but these are rarely available. On street parking is also difficult to find. A good sized supermarket is across the road. We had a lovely holiday and we'd be happy to return.

Better than expected

I started to write a review, but there is a limit of 1500 characters... I need to be short this time. 1) Location - 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes from the airport, shops and other places just around the corner. Absolutely fantastic. 2) Surroundings - nice park inside the gated community with playgrounds etc. Pool is exceptional with lifeguards on duty. There is also a restaurant inside the community, which is way better than the places on the beach etc. Good food, fast and nice service. 3) Rooms - all rooms were as described on the pictures. Yes, if I would life there, I would do some small repairs, but these were only visual things which we did not bother at all. All rooms are connected to a central AC which works really well. It has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a small kitchen and a big livingroom/eating room. 4) Everything you need for home cooking is there. In addition you have a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen. 5) If you want to spend time watching TV, there is a smart TV as well, but most of the time you'll be enjoying the beach or pool area. 6) Teresa is a brilliant host. All our questions were answered and the check-in/check-out process was a delight. If my friends or family would ask me where to stay in Torremolinos - I would definitely recommend this place. The price is also something that really makes this place stand out. If I should come back to Torremolinos, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Geweldig ruim appartement. Heerlijk groot balkon met uitzicht op zee. Heerlijk zwembad en leuke speeltuin. Alle keukenapparatuur aanwezig. Koffie zetten met nespresso cupjes of filterkoffie. Veel ruimte voor kinderen in t app. om.lekker te spelen. Teresa wacht je op bij het hek om in te checken. 2 badkamers zonder bad maar prima douche. Dubbele grote douche bij de ensuite slaapkamer. Ideaal om met kinderen te douchen. 3 slaapkamers.Had twijfels om de lage prijs maar hebben een super tijd gehad.

Appartamento molto bello e spazioso ubicato in un complesso con 2 piscine riservate ai condomini, appartamento all'ottavo piano la spiaggia a pochi metri dal complesso. La Sig.ra Teresa Ăš stata molto disponibile per il check-in un pĂČ ritardato. Da consigliare a famiglie con figli anche piccoli.
