The apartment is located in the beautiful urbanization the Rock, opposite the famous and spectacular beach bajondillo, on the fifth floor of the building with a full front view and front line facing the sea.

Private parking equipped with lift to the apartment with the city center. Free WIFI at high speed 300mb

It has a fully equipped kitchen, living - dining room, two bedrooms, one double and one with two bunk beds, a bathroom, wardrobe in each bedroom, terrace and laundry.

Outside, next to the elevator, we have a large storage room where you can comfortably deposit all beach equipment, bicycles, etc.

We have an extra bed, so we can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment is fully air conditioned.

This was a beautiful ocean side condo in Torremolinos. The views were great and access to the boardwalk was perfect. The owners were great as well. Highly recommend. Ample room for 4 people.

Eight weeks in the sun.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location. The spacious balcony is a real suntrap! Miguel and Maricarmen were there to meet us and nothing was too much trouble for them.

A great home from home

Mariella H. We spent two months at this property which is even better than the pictures. It had everything and more than we required. It was very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony, lounge and bedroom is amazing. It has secure private parking and a lift key to get up to the town without climbing the steps.The owners made us very welcome, were approachable and the booking process was very simple.

Awesome apartment

This is the best holiday apartment we have seen. It has everything from perfect wifi, multi channel tv, panoramic sea views and all this just metres from the beach. The owners are friendly and helpful. We will be back and soon I hope. We just couldnt praise this holiday experience enough. Superb.

A great apartment, very nicely appointed and in an ideal location

We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was modern, very well equipped and spotless. Our hosts Maricarmen and Miquel were very gracious, meeting us outside the apartment to be sure we understood parking and to answer any questions we might have. The view of the ocean was spectacular and we were in walking distance of the main town as well as La Carihuela with an infinite number of great restaurants. Thanks to our hosts for a delightful stay , we would definitely rent this place again.

One of the best places in Torremolinos and excellent tennants...

We've spent a little bit more than 2 weeks in this wonderful appartment and were delighted, it is so close to the sea and the walk, all over the seashore is worth the place. The private elevator to get uptown is a great plus and it is very close to the unit. Every equipment and accessory is clean and well explained by both Miguel and MarieCarmen on arrival that was ahead of usual times because of flight arrival they got us scheduked ahedd of time to accomodate us... Plenty of places to rest, have wine, beer and food all around and relax... Closeness to public transportation is also a plus. Miguel is also very conciliant and fast acting like the time i've locked myself out of the apartment, keys inside.... he helped me in less then an hour and he managed to get me an english speaking taxi for a very tight schedule on an sad unexpected and unfortunate plan where I had to leave. They gave all the help needed with compassion.. I'd have loved to complete iur whole stay and I hope to be able to back arou!nd some day! Thanks for an admirable stay!

Zweiwöchiger Sommerurlaub mit Familie

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Der Empfang von Maricarmen und Miguel war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar früher als geplant in die Wohnung. Das täglich Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer war fantastisch. Wir haben teilweise selbst gekocht, was aufgrund der Nähe zum Supermarkt (ca. 12 min) kein Problem gewesen ist. Zusätzlich gab es noch Sonnenschirme, die man für den Strand nutzen konnte. Wir können das Appartement definitiv weiterempfehlen.

The apartment is great - very clean, great location, nice decor & has everything you need. Miguel, the owner was also very nice and accommodating. In the advertising it was stated that the apartment comes with parking but there is no designated parking space available and we had problems to find one. I wouldn't recommend to take a rental car in general - traffic is awful. It's also good to be aware of that it is a very long& steep way from the street parking to the apartment and the elevator didn't work for 2 days.

Très bel appartement situé directement sur la plage et le boardwalk à Torremolinos.Tout ce dont vous avez de besoin y est et est très fontionnel. Literie et ameublement très confortable. Hötes super sympathiques et avenants qui vous accueillent et vous donnent de l'information sur l'appartement et sur la région. Communications faciles et rapides avec eux en tout temps. Great beach location, great view

This is a beautifully appointed apartment, superbly located on the best beach in Torremolinos. It is small, but well equipped with a great patio or deck overlooking the beach. Owners are very helpful and friendly.

A most wonderful place to stay!

This was a fabulous place to stay! And although it looks lovely in the pictures it's even better in real life! Felt like we'd arrived in heaven for a week.. The owner's, Miguel and Maricarmen are also brilliant and professional hosts and made us feel very welcome! Just the sort of stay a tired and stressed out family needed.....So now we're saving up for next years holiday - and we know exactly where we'll be staying, with no doubt! Quel bel appartement

Nous sommes carrément tombés sous le charme de cet appartement. Vue sur la mer, très propre, équipement de première qualité, que demander de plus! Mais il y avait plus: chaises et parasol de plage et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Une semaine, ce n'était pas assez. Si nous y retournons, ce sera pour un mois ...

Wonderful Modern Condo is a Great Location with a feeling of being home while on vacation

We just spent 9 nights at this wonderful clean and well maintained condo. The pictures are accurate. The condo is modern having two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds), a full bathroom, complete kitchen well stocked, a dining area, living room, and one fantastic patio overlooking the Mediterrean. Good condo for a couple or a family of four. Walk out the front door and cross the Promenade to get to the beach. This condo is in a great location with lots of restaurants, the beach, and stores including a grocery store within a 10 minute walk. We felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. The Condo is in close proximity to the Melia Costa Del Sol Hotel for easy tour pick up. Only a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride from Malaga Airport. We booked a private Taxi via Viatour to get to and from the airport and the condo, which was good since we are from the United States and do not speak Spanish. The taxi driver had a sign with our name on it as we exited the airport customs area. The owners, Miguel and Carmen, met us at the condo on the first day. They are a nice friendly couple who gave us lots of information about the condo and the local area. Juan Cubo assists the owners in getting the condo rented. Yes, I would stay at this condo again in the future and would recommend it to others.

Cet appartement avec vue sur mer est très bien équipé au niveau cuisine, salle de bain et chambres. Bonne climatisation. Proche de toutes commodités. Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux et disponibles. Toutefois, la plage et le bar Gay Eden Beach Club peuvent être dérangeants.

Appartement au pieds de la voie piétonne face à la mer. Bien agencé. Propre, très confortable et calme. Conforme à la description. Très bon accueille des propriétaires. Disponible et à l'écoute. Pour les commerces, il faut remonter en centre ville, 10-15 minutes à pieds. A conseiller pour une famille de 4P.

Fantastic view and very welcoming people

We stay in this apartment for one week as part of our vacation that start from Morocco. it was the best choice the place is well done with everything we need, the view is to die for we didn't use the car at all, all the shop you need for your stay is near you. Miguel and Marie Karmen the owner were very nice people they call to check on us and respond at my calls. I will definitely recommend this apartment, and I will be back next time with more time maybe two weeks or a month. Thank you Miguel and Mari Karmen😘
