Was a really nice place to stay. 4 stars because with 12 of us, there was a lot of cold showers because there was not sufficient hot water.

Awesome Cabin!

We recently stayed at Guy’s cabin in Pinetop, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. The cabin was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was ideal for our group, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. Guy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, with excellent communication that made everything easy. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Pinetop!

Wow so much effort putting into making this house functional and fun. We had such a good time playing in the snow and sitting around the fireplace. The game room is the perfect touch. Thank you Guy for putting in all that effort ti make the house great for any size group any time of year.

A really nice and spacious home

The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the big trees on both sides of the street. The home is very large and spacious, I don't think we even used all of the house, and everyone just had a great time hanging out. The only downside is for a large home that can accommodate the number of people we had and also per description that it sleeps 32 (which I believe it does), the kitchen is quite small.

Comfortable lovely home

We stayed here a little over a week with few friends. Very spacious large home with everything you would need for a home away from home trip. The area is beautiful and relaxing and it’s wonderful to be near the golf club where you can enjoy the restaurant and golf facilities. There are four private bedrooms, and the rest of the bedroom areas are not private. Home would be great for multi families with many kids and young adults. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We asked if there was an air fryer at the house and he told us that he likes to have air fryers in his rentals, so he made sure we were delivered a new air fryer, since there wasn’t one in the kitchen - he really went out of his way! If you are headed here and looking forward to using a swimming pool and hot tub, please know that the swimming pool and hot tub are at the rec center and currently they are charging $400 per week to use the facility. The rate may change, so you would want to check. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend renting this home so you can enjoy beautiful Pinetop and the surrounding areas.

Great for Larger Gatherings

Our group enjoyed our stay. The home easily accommodated our large group with everyone having a place to stay. There are great common areas and deck seating areas. Even with our large group we did not feel stacked on top of one another. The kitchen is well outfitted and easily enabled cooking for large groups.

Good Break

The house was nice and although mentioned that it could sleep 32, it felt a little cramped. Overall it is a nice property and would be preferable to come with a smaller group

Thanks for the nice review. Most of our groups are between 15 to 30 guests and no one has ever said that this almost 5000 sq ft cabin with a good size kitchen that seats 8-10 people and 3 large separate gathering rooms that seat 12 in one, 19 in another, and 13 in the tree top theater with and 15+ beds, of which 2 are twins, 4 are full bunk beds, 8 queens and 1 king is of a cramped cabin. Oh well, We can't be everything to everyone, even though we try!
