très bon accueil de la propriétaire, la maison était très spacieuse et très propre. Elle est idéalement placé, au calme et à 5 mn en voiture d’alghero et en plus coucher de soleil tout les soirs.. je recommande cette location sans problème.hélène

Vacanza meravigliosa in un posto meraviglioso, pulitissimo e superaccogliente

All'arrivo, l'accoglienza della Sig. Clarice ti mette subito perfettamente a tuo agio. La locazione è perfetta, in campagna con vista mare. L'ambiente circostante e la casa sono silenziosi, freschi e rilassanti. L'interno è spazioso, pulitissimo e confortevole. La discrezione dei Sig. proprietari è di esempio, pur essendo sempre pronti ad ogni tuo eventuale bisogno o informazione su luoghi, attrazioni e locali della zona. Il centro della città è facilmente raggiungibile in auto in pochi minuti. In altre parole, spero di poter tornare presto e più a lungo a soggiornare a Casa Giulia di Clarice e Salvatore dove ho trascorso una settimana meravigliosa. GRAZIE, con affetto, Stefano Stefanini

Entspannter Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in der ruhig gelegenen, großzügigen Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Blick auf Land, Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Vielen Dank an Clarice und Salvatore für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder. Vacanze rilassanti in un appartamento bellissimo Abbiamo passato due settimane nell’appartamento amplissimo che si trova in un posto tranquillo. L’appartamento offre un panorama meraviglioso sulla campagna, sul mare e sul tramonto. Ringraziamo Clarice e Salvatore per l’ospitalità. Ci siamo goduti le vacanze e ci ritorniamo volentieri. Would Recommend

Very spacious, immaculately clean property. If you don't mind a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach and a short drive into Alghero, this is a very peaceful place to stay. The views are fabulous and the sunsets are to watch. The fly screens on every window and the door are a real bonus! Thank you, Clarice and Salvatore, for being the perfect hosts and for your patience in explaining the door lock :-)

Superbe prestation

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette superbe maison proche d'Alghero très au calme avec une superbe vue sur la mer et le soleil couchant. Très bon accueil des propriétaires dans cette maison très bien équipé ou tout est fourni, on se sent comme chez soi. Nous gardons cette excellente adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Sehr schöne schlichte Wohnung mit tollem Blick in den Sonnenuntergang

Bei Casa Guilia handelt es sich um eine schöne große Wohnung im Haus der Eigentümer. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das Bad ist schön groß mit Fenster, Dusche, Waschmaschine. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Esstisch (wenn man mal drinnen essen muss) und die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Von der Veranda hat man einen Blick bis zum Meer und tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Bei Fragen ist Clara immer ansprechbar, auch per mail oder SMS. Von Alghero sind es zu Fuß ca. 50 min Weg, man braucht also schon ein Auto um sich gut bewegen zu können. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Amplio y luminoso con una terraza grande para ver unas puestas de sol idílicos. Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse, mitten in der Natur gleich neben Alghuere, wo man schöne Ausflüge machen kann. Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Nur zu empfehlen -

Die FeWo ist super, sehr sauber und gepflegt, toller Blick auf Capo Caccia, sehr ruhig erholsam.

Sehr nette Vermieter, zuvorkommend, sollte Bedarf an irgend etwas sein, Clara reagiert sofort. Wir sind seit 2008 Alghero Urlauber und im Jahr 2 bis 3 mal dort. Die FeWo werden wir uns warm halten.

Immer wieder sehr gerne - super Wohnung

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern, verbrachten 10 Tage in der schönen Wohnung mit dem traumhaften Blick auf Alghero. Der Kontakt vorab mit Clara verlief einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Am Anreisetag wurden wir zu der ausgemachten Zeit herzlich willkommen. Mit etwas Italienischkenntnissen unserer Tochter ein bisschen Englisch und dem google-Übersetzer zeigt uns Clara die Wohnung und erklärte das Nötigste. Die Wohnung ist gross, der Essbereich mit einem schönen großen Tisch, die Schlafzimmer geräumig mit je einem Schrank und im "Elternzimmer" mit einer zusätzlich Ablage. Die Matratzen sind bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (vielleicht könnte man die Ausstattung um um 2/4 Weingläser erweitern). Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Nach Alghero ist es ein bisschen zu fahren. Aber man gewöhnt sich an die Strecke und nach ein/zwei Tagen fährt man ohne darüber nachzudenken. Alghero selbst pulsiert am Abend und in der Nacht. Es ist immer was los und es gibt jeden Tag etwas Neues zu entdecken. Allerdings waren jetzt im August die Stadtstrände sehr voll. Wir sind dann schon mal ein paar Kilometer mehr gefahren um großzügiger liegen zu könnnen. Uns hat der Urlaub in Alghero sehr gut gefallen und wie schon oben erwähnt war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit aber trotzdem auch total diskret. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen. Vielen Dank nochmal Clara für alles.

Bellissima casa con vista eccezionale

Casa molto spaziosa e funzionale, situata in zona collinare a circa 4 km da Alghero. La posizione è in una zona molto tranquilla e consente di ammirare un panorama meraviglioso su capo Caccia, in particolare al tramonto. La proprietaria è estremamente cordiale e disponibile in caso di necessità. Consigliato soprattutto a farmiglie con bambini e a chi cerca una location tranquilla in mezzo alla natura.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de caractère, avec tout le confort nécessaire, une vue époustouflante sur le coucher de soleil , un lieu calme, tranquille. Wir (4 Leute) waren für 9 Übernachtungen hier untergebracht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist etwa 10-15 Minuten Autofahrt von der Altstadt Alghero entfernt. Etwa in der selben Entfernung liegt der nächste Einkaufsmarkt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und von der Ausstattung her hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder empfehlenden! Absolut Empfehlenswert

Sehr nette und diskrete Vermieterin. Die Wohnung und die Terrasse bieten viel Platz und ermöglichen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns auch für den Willkommenstrunk, der im Kühlschrank bereitstand.

Base perfetta x un soggiorno ad Alghero e dintorni

Soggiorno perfetto. E perfetta questa sistemazione a pochi minuti da Alghero! Abbiamo apprezzato in maniera particolare la pulizia, la posizione e la tranquillità di questa casa! Per non parlare del fresco al suo interno in una settimana (9/17 giugno) che abbiamo beccato eccezionalmente calda! Clarice è discreta, disponibile e super gentile! L'esterno dell'abitazione è eccezionale: io, mio marito e la nostra bambina di 7 anni abbiamo goduto di cene (abbiamo utilizzato anche il barbecue x una grigliata di pesce) e di colazioni con una vista è una pace indimenticabili! Consigliatissimo!!! E anche noi contiamo di poter tornare!

L'ottima riuscita della vacanza è merito anche di questo appartamento! Pulizia impeccabile, ordine, vista incantevole e relax! La casa resta fresca anche nei periodi afosi! Padrona di casa sempre disponibile ma allo stesso tempo molto discreta. Anche la nostra bambina ha adorato questa casa! Vicino alla bellissima Alghero ma nella pace della campagna circostante! Perfettamente equipaggiato sia internamente che esternamente! Insomma ... straconsigliato!

Fijne woning op een mooie plaats!

De woning was proper maar er had iets meer gerief voorhanden mogen zijn. De keuken had iets meer pannen en bestek mogen hebben. Het gezoem van de ijskast was soms wel storend. Clara (verhuurster) was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een ligzetel op het terras had er ook bij gemogen. Maar al bij al toch wel een aanrader!

La casa è provvista di un servizio di posate per 6 persone; sei bicchieri; quattro tazze da colazione e quattro tazzine da caffè con piattini per 4 persone; servizio di piatti per sei persone; una padella antiaderente e una piccola batteria di pentole in acciaio; scolapasta,piatti e ciotole per servire in tavola; 1 caffettiera da 3 tazzine e 1 caffettiera da 1 tazzina; piccola grattuggia acciaio,imbuto,cavatappi,mestoli vari,grande coltello,porta tovaglioli,caraffe in vetro, bollitore per acqua; tagliere,piccolo spremiagrumi; tostapane; forno a microonde e forno elettrico; barattoli in vetro con caffè ,zucchero e sale; asse con ferro da stiro;asciugacapelli;strofinacci cucina. All'esterno ,nella veranda,c'è un tavolo in ferro con 4 sedie in ferro più due sdraio in resina. Penso che per trascorrere una breve vacanza,gentilissimo signor Joos, sia più che sufficiente . In fine,è verissimo,il frigo,nonostante sia nuovissimo,è un pò rumoroso . Capisco sia difficilissimo accontentare tutti ma io ci provo!!!!!!!!! Clara The house has one dinnerware for 6 people; 6 glasses; 4 cups to have breakfast and 4 small cups for the coffee with plates; plates for 6 people; one frying pan and others saucepans; a colander, 1 coffee machine, a small grater, a funnel, a bottle opener, some ladles, a big knife, a napkin dispenser, a boiler for the water, a cutting board, a juicer, a toaster, a microwave, a normal oven; jars with coffee, sugar and salt; iron; dryer; and dish towels. Outside, there is a table of iron with 4 chairs plus 2 lawn chairs.I think for spend a little holiday, sign. Joos, it's more than enough. It's true the fridge even if it's new is a little bit noisy. Superbe appartement

Magnifique logement avec vue sur le capo caccia, et tant pis pour le pylone qui ne gachera que la photo ! pas notre séjour en tout cas. Les propriétaires sont effectivement très gentils et effectivement très discrets. Le logement est très spacieux et très bien équipé (wifi digne de ce nom puisque arrivant directement dans l'appartement, grandes chambres, sanitaires impeccables, le tout meublé avec goût). Très appréciable aussi la grande terrasse donnant sur un jardin et un barbecue de pro ! Prix très correct pour les prestations. Nous conseillons vivement ce logment.

Magnifique

Les photos de l'annonce décrivent bien l'endroit. La maison est retirée du centre-ville. Elle est perchée sur le haut d'une colline ce qui offre un panorama magnifique sur Capo Caccia. Un vrai havre de paix et de tranquillité. La terrasse permet de passer d'agréables soirées. La maison est nickel. Il ne manque rien. Les propiétaires vivent à l'étage mais sont très discrets. Ils sont très serviables et sont vraiment très gentils. Je recommande vraiment cette maison pour les vacances.

apartment is very beautiful with big rooms, it is calm an clean, not noisy. The landlords are very nice people. you have a wonderful view over the countryside and sunsets are like shown on the pictures. to get to town and the beaches you need a car. to sum it up we would definitely come back

Toller Urlaub

War eine wirklich schöne Woche, super nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, so dass vier Erwachsene ohne Probleme platz fanden. Die Lage und Ausstattung ist echt klasse. Man braucht nur unbedingt ein Auto, was ich aber eh jedem Raten würde der auf der Insel Urlaub macht. Schade nur das wir auf Grund des Wetters nicht wirklich draußen sitzen oder grillen konnten :-( Jederzeit wieder....

Toller Urlaub

Wirklich schönes Ferienhaus. Schade das es noch nicht ganz so warm war und wir nicht so viel draußen sitzen konnten bei dem tollen Garten mit Grill :-( Ganz nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Lage ist schön ruhig, aber man braucht umbedingt ein Auto, was ich aber eh für den Urlaub nur raten kann. Jederzeit wieder:-)
