Lovely house

Cosy, very clean and close to picturesque Saint Georges D’Oleron, this is a great place to stay if you want to explore the island. Very close to a daily market, supermarket, and Gautrelle beach is 5 mins by car and one of the best on the island. The owners were super helpful and have thought of everything. We went with two kids and they loved it. Thanks!

Le logement est situé dans un environnement calme et agréable. Il presente tout le confort nécessaire et dispose d'une magnifique terrasse avec un beau jardin. La présence de l'allée pour garer son véhicule et d'un garage est egalement un point positif. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison charmante qui est idéale pour passer des vacances sur l’île d’Oléron. Maison au calme et très bien située, bien équipée et rénovée. Jardin fleuri avec terrasse couverte très agréable et - petit plus très appréciable - douche extérieure pour le retour de la plage... Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Bref, une adresse à conserver!

Vraiment très agréable séjour dans maison super équipée et aménagée. Joli Jardin et Terrasse couverte pour des longues journées et soirs. Proche de la mer avec acces facile via piste cyclable. Au calme.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. L'accueil et le départ est fait par le voisin qui est très sympathique et la correspondance par mail avec le propriétaire fut très aimable. La plage de La Gautrelle n'est pas loin (5 minutes en voiture). On peut y aller sans problème à vélo. Il y a la plage surveillée avec parking pour voiture et vélo. Mais nous avons préféré le côté sauvage de plage. Il faut marcher un peu dans la forêt mais ça vaut le coup! Le propriétaire laisse de bons conseils pour les visites et les resto. Nous avons testés les pizzas du Mille Pates (très bonnes). Autre resto: le Drugstore à Château d'Oléron (petit resto excellent et fort sympathique) et La Pigouille à La Cotinière. C'était la 2ème année que nous venions sur l'ile d'Oléron et nous sommes de plus en plus emballés. On y reviendra c'est sûr et on retient l'adresse de cette maison. Nous recommandons cette location, c'est l'une des meilleure que nous ayons louée pour les vacances.

Wij hadden een heerlijke vakantie. Heel aangenaam en ruim huis. Mooie, gezellige inrichting en alle praktische zaken voorhanden (wasmachine, broodrooster, Nespresso koffiemachine, vaatwasser enz). We maakten dagelijks gebruik van het gezellige overdekte terras met buitenaanrecht. Aangenaam contact met de verhuurders.

"Une location très agréable. Maison très agréable, pratique et bien aménagée.Idéale pour couple avec 2 enfants. Boulangerie proche et accessible à pied. Très belle plage avec vue sur Fort Boyard et sable fin (pour les enfants!). Très pratique avec des enfants: jardin clos et lave linge et grande garage pour y laisser les jouets, vélos, ..."

Detente te culture

Nous avons eu une excellente semaine a Oleron, ou nous avons eu l'occasion de se detendre et de faire le plein de culture. Le contact avec les proprietaires etait parfait, et tout etait regle comme convenu. La maison est en parfait etat, equipe de tout le confort necessaire, et le jardin etait suffisament grand pour notre famille. Les enfants ont adores la proximite de la plage, tout comme les nombreux kilometres de pistes cyclables. Mais il nous restes encore beaucoup a decouvrir sur l'ile, nous serons certainement de retour!

rustig gelegen en van alle comfort voorzien

Wij huren sinds meer dan 5 jaar dit vakantiehuisje en gaan elk jaar met veel plezier terug. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort , is eenvoudig en stijlvol ingericht. De tuin is heerlijk om in te spelen en ravotten, ook het overdekte terras met buitenkeuken is een plus. Het hele domein kan afgesloten worden, ideaal met kleine kinderen.De rustige ligging en vriendelijke buren maken het extra gezellig.

Un havre de paix et les habitants très serviables

les pièces sont grandes ( le jardin spacieux )( beaucoup d'espaces ) comfortables et bien entretenues. Les volets sont vraiment un plus ( comfort & sécurisant ). Les appareils ménagers & TV sont neufs. Nous recommanderions cette location sans problème. Nous avons appréciés les bons conseils du propriétaire ( visite à faire absolument : Le phare - La Rochelle - L'île de Ré - et d'Aix en bateau - Marennes ) ainsi que les restaurants conseillés par le propriétaire.( ajouter à la liste également l'Olympia - très bon !!! ) Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au-dessus de nos espérances et rentrons avec un tas de bons souvenirs et en plus le temps fut la cerise sur le gâteau.
