Sehr saubere familienfreundliche Unterkunft. Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert ! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöner Gruppenurlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch. Wir konnten den Urlaub sehr genießen. Mit der Vermieterin haben wir gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Außenlage mit Pool, Terrasse, Grill und Garten fanden wir sehr gut. Besonders lobenswert ist, dass der Gärtner/Poolpfleger jeden 2, 3 Tage da war. Sich top um alles gekümmert hat. Nicht gut war die Tischtennisplatte, die ist defekt. Holzplatte ist aufgesprungen an vielen Stellen. Unbespielbar. Inneneinrichtung war leider nur befriedigend. Betten waren eher mit ausreichend zu bewerten. Bäder teilweise gut. Zu Beginn hat halt ein Duschvorhang gefehlt. Weniger toll. Paar Dinge in der Inneneinrichtung haben gefehlt.Scharfe Messer oder Weingläser. Vermieterin hat jedoch kurzfristig sich großzügig um alle Beanstandungen gekümmert. Die Sauberkeit der Küche war Grenzwertig. Griffe in Küche sehr speckig und Zustand der Küche sehr einfach, etwas modrig/feucht. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren sehr gut. Handtücher ausreichend da, mit Wechsel nach 7 Tagen sehr gut & Zwischenreinigung. Daumen hoch. Außen Note 1 / Inne Note 3 / Lage Note 2 Können wir weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Haus - sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, gut durchdacht - alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Verschiedene Sitzplätze, Sonne oder Schatten nach Bedarf immer möglich. Der Pool ist super, Grill ist vorhanden. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und für kühle Nächte sind Decken da. Hier kann man einen schönen Urlaub verleben.

Agradable y tranquilo

Un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito de Mallorca. La casa bien equipada, limpia y muy cuidada. Un porche grande donde pudimos hacer una fiesta estupenda con suficiente espacio para aparcar coches y disfrutar del jardín.

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider war das Wetter nicht optimal, so dass wir den schönen Pool nicht so nutzen konnten wie erhofft. Schön wäre, wenn im Haus eine Infomappe liegen würde zur Umgebung - zB. Zeiten der Wochenmärkte etc."

"Es la segunda que vez que pasamos unos dias de relax en Sa Rota,su entorno natural y muy bien cuidado hacen que la estancia sea muy agradable.La casa es muy acogedora y esta muy bien equipada.Los propietarios son muy atentos.Todo el conjunto hacen que la experiencia sea inolvidable."

"Nous avons ete tres satisfait de l'accueil des proprietaires (Andreu et Antonia) qui ont ete au petit soins pour nous lors de notre sejour. La maison correspond tout a fait a la description de l'annonce sur Homelidays. La maison permet aux locataires de passer des vacances tres agreables - aucun bruit le matin si ce n'est que le chant du coq. Le jardin ainsi que l'environement autour de la piscine est tres agreable. La maison propose un environement tres agreable en campagne. De plus la maison permet d'acceder aux plages et supermarche entre 10 et 15 minutes. L'equipement de la maison est entierement satisfaisant pour passer de tres bonnes vacances. Nous conseillons pleinement cette location de vacances et nous avons ete satisfait de ce sejour a Mallorca."
