On the first floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom, terrace with sea view; ground floor: large living room with stove and kitchen (fridge, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker), 4 double bedrooms (four 80x195 beds and two 160x190 double beds), two bathrooms ( washing machine, 2 toilets), 80 square meter terrace (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs), panoramic view (per living room, 2 bedrooms and terrace) of the sea, mountains (Bavella) and river. Garden of 1,000 square meters (outdoor shower), private parking for 2 machines. Private swimming pool (12mX3m). Three bathrooms.
Partial air conditioning, only on the upper floor (studio). The ground floor is not air conditioned as it receives the sun in the morning and therefore remains cool.

Review - house has no name or number!

Lovely location for house, plenty of space and rooms and great views to mountains and sea. Pool superb and large. Shame that the state of the house was a little ‘sad’ & not very ‘loved’ as in 4 broken parasols lying around, broken pool lounger, no wine glasses, etc, several other things broken. Could do with some TLC.

Maison bien entretenu, agréable à laquelle il manquerait peut-etre la climatisation par ces temps de forte chaleur. Nous avons réussi à climatiser un peu les chambres à l'aide du studio au dessus.

La maison correspond en tout aux photographies et c'est correctement entratenu. Je vous mets au défi de trouver une villa indépendante avec piscine et splendide vue mer au prix de 1 300,00 euros par semaine. La critique n'est donc pas correcte.

Belles vacances en mode tribu

La maison est agréable et spacieuse pour les 8 personnes que nous étions Avec plusieurs espaces nuit et douche. Le plus de cette maison c’est la vue qui surplombe la mer mais surtout la piscine où l’on a passé de beaux moments en famille . Le couple qui gèrent les états des lieux d’entrée et de sortie, puis s’occupe également de la piscine est sympathiques et très efficaces.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per un fine settimana lungo. L'immobile si trova in un contesto paesaggistico unico, con una splendida vista sul mare ma anche sull'entroterra e sulle montagne. La casa e' grande e molto accogliente e rispecchia pienamente i dati pubblicati sull'annuncio. La piscina di recente costruzione ha una forma molto particolare allungata e dalla stessa si gode di una splendida vista sul mare. Consiglieremmo sicuramente la casa a chi voglia trascorrere una vacanza in un luogo molto tranquillo e riposante

Un séjour merveilleux

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un endroit charmant et calme. Une plage peu fréquentée est accessible facilement par un sentier en 10mn à pied. Nous avons trouvé une villa bien entretenue et bien équipée, conforme à la déscription. La région est splendide.
