The terraced house has a private garden and is located a stone's throw from the Cinta beach and shops, an excellent solution for those arriving by plane and without a car ..
the beach and the old town where the evening takes place a colorful and lively market are reachable with a short walk, as close to the house, as well as services!

The house consists of a terrace overlooking the private garden surrounded by greenery where you can dine outdoors or have a BBQ, a spacious living room with air conditioning, flat TV, radio / cd, books, with sofa bed including two beds single / double with a fully equipped kitchenette of everything that we usually use in our homes, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and essentials such as soaps, shampoo, complete linen, etc.

"La casetta è un cariniss...

"La casetta è un carinissimo bilocale pulito e spazioso con un bel giardino verde. E' situato in una zona molto comoda sia al centro che alla spiaggia infatti ci muovevamo spesso a piedi. Noi eravamo in 4 e ci siamo trovate bene, i proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Siamo rimaste soddisfatte della scelta."

Comodissima e pulita

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa casetta vicino alla spiaggia e vicina al centro e siamo stati contenti di non dover proprio prendere la macchina per spostarci, neanche per andare in ristorante. La casa ci è stata consegnata pulita e profumata, con tutto il necessario e tutte le informazioni per passare la settimana, dal supermercato alla lista dei ristoranti e delle escursioni. La raccomanderemo ai nostri amici perché san teodoro è da vedere e questa è la posizione ideale.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l appartement est très pratique et très bien situé près de toutes les commodités et des plages possibilité de rejoindre la cinta (plage) à pieds,marché nocturne le soir, la Sardaigne est magnifique nous y retournerons...

The thing I love most, in addition to the family is to travel! ... Love to visit new places and meet new people, customs and traditions ... one thing that I just can not do without is the sun and the sea, I like to spend my free time outdoors .. I love photographing nature, landscapes, plants, flowers and animals ... sometimes people .... during the hot season, I spend my days off and my spare time at sea, I like if uncrowded beaches, those in which to relax and soak up the sun feeling lonely .. I like the surf and snorkel the reefs, I spend many hours watching the seabed, fish and animated life of the deep, preferring as moments of silence that fills the soul .. .
I like talking to people and tell of places visited, I do it with passion, conveying, in the telling, emotions and sensations experienced by me and only a few places in our beautiful and wild area can offer ... our land from archaic customs remote is made of simple people, sometimes seemingly rude people, but good-hearted and sincere from the soul, the value for the family and for the love of his land is visceral ... I am also part of this: Sardinian ... but with the eyes and the mind of the much-traveled around the world!
I like good food and I love to sip a glass of wine with friends .. I like the idea of staying forever young .. at least inside! Do not disdain out with friends ... not sure I'm bored I love my partner Andrea and my little son Riccardo , which I could not do without!
