Our location is what makes us unique. The property is tucked away and borders the north end of Greenough Park, a local favorite. Greenough Park , a preserved natural area, provides opportunities for wildlife viewing, jogging or just an easy after dinner stroll. Some of the best bird watching can be found along Rattlesnake Creek which runs through the park. Also close by are hiking opportunities in Missoula's North Hills and Mount Jumbo, both offering views of the Missoula Valley and an abundance of wildflowers in the spring and early summer. The Rattlesnake Recreation area, just up the road, offers great mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, and cross country skiing.

It feels more like a quiet retreat in the woods than an apartment close to downtown. It's also close to many hiking and biking trails on either the numerous open space lands owned by the city or forest service land. It's also a short walk to the Clark Fork River. The Univ. of Montana campus starts just across the foot bridge. Avoid the parking hassle and walk to a Griz football game.
