About this property
Luxury And Comfort in Missoula’s best neighborhood!
A beautifully decorated and furnished home in the heart of the Rattlesnake area make this the ultimate vacation rental in Missoula. Each room has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. The house is filled with great artwork, contemporary furnishings and all the conveniences you would expect to find in a luxury rental.
The perfect home for all seasons, it has forced air heating throughout with the addition of a cozy double-sided fire between the dining area and the upper level living room. For those warm summer evenings when opening the screened windows isn't enough, there's air-conditioning throughout the house.
The bedrooms have super-comfortable mattresses and pillows, high-end linens, blankets and 'top down bottom up' black-out blinds to ensure the best possible night's sleep.
The upper level has a Master bedroom (King with ensuite walk-in double shower), a Queen bedroom, full bathroom, laundry area with washer and dryer, open plan fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table that easily seats 8 and large living room with awesome seating and large flatscreen smart TV with cable. There's also a beautiful wood-paneled, cork-floored snug with work station and comfortable seating - the ideal spot to relax, read a book or, if you really have to, check in with work. High speed wireless internet is available through the house.
The downstairs area has a large Queen bedroom with flat-screen TV and an awesome Bunk room with 4 twin beds and two huge closets. A full bathroom with in-tub shower services the downstairs bedrooms. There's also an entirely separate living room downstairs with large flat-screen smart TV and bar area with counter top and barstools. There's plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
Additional features in the home include a large front covered porch and private back porch with grill and picnic table. There's ample parking - two spaces in the garage, two in front of the garage and two at the front of the house if necessary.
This is the ideal property for either family or friends looking to stay in top end comfortable and luxurious surroundings.

Why they chose this property
Perfect for fly fisherman, groups looking for extended stays, or a weekend getaway with friends. Perfect Location close to everything Missoula has to offer.
What makes this property unique
The Rattlesnake neighborhood is the perfect location for a stay in Missoula - and indeed Western Montana. Only ten minutes from Missoula Airport, and nestled in the valley at the base of Mount Jumbo, the home is less than 2 miles to either downtown Missoula and the University, or in the opposite direction to the Rattlesnake Trailhead - the entrance to thousands of acres of untouched National Forest. We're also only walking distance from the awesome Rattlesnake Market - (great lunches and dinners and weekend breakfasts - and the spot to get all your essentials) and only a short stroll to beautiful Greenough Park.
Missoula has so much to offer at any time of the year. Not only does it have great shopping, restaurants, arts, culture, and the University, the opportunity for outdoor activity is boundless. There's hiking and biking on safe and family friendly paths around town, mountain-biking on maintained back-country trails, horseback riding, peaceful tube floating on the river or whitewater rafting, surfing on Brennan's wave in town and, of course, some of the best trout fishing in the world is right on your doorstep. There's four blue ribbon trout waters within immediate access - the Bitterroot, the Clark Fork, Rock Creek and the Blackfoot, made famous by Norman Maclean's 'A River Runs Through It'. If you're looking to spend some time on the water, we can put you in touch with the best guides in Montana - just ask Brian.
In winter, there's Snowbowl ski area only 20 minutes away and a number of other bigger mountains all within an hour or two. Have a soak in one of the regions natural hot springs after a day on the mountain before heading to one of Missoula's restaurants, bars or music venues.
