Provencal farmhouse ideally located, with a beautiful sea view. You will be calm and have a large manicured garden. The sunshine is continuous throughout the day.

Maison luxueuse et bien située mais mal entretenue

Nous avons eu un accueil chaotique due à un problème de communication entre la propriétaire et le gardien (retard de 40 min) et l'adresse était approximative. La maison n'était pas chauffée à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de matériels défectueux ( lumière gazinière cafetière douche bouchée) Très belle maison très bien située mais beaucoup trop chère pour la prestation fournie.

Superbe maison MAIS .....

Superbe mas provençal idéalement placé et très préservé sans vis à vis et vue mer Mais ... Un accueil expéditif, des équipements vétustes et certains non fonctionnels et sales (gazinière, distributeur de glaçons du frigo, éléments de cuisines sales et remplis de mites alimentaires, vaisselle sale dans les placards, lavabos et douches bouchés, salon de jardin extérieur en piteux état, ainsi que les lits des chambres au Rdc ...) Dans le descriptif : "Le mas est également équipé d'une salle de sport et d'un sauna" LOL non fonctionnel ou pas mis à la disposition, salle de sport inexistante ou pas montrée ... Bref le potentiel cette magnifique maison est dingue mais si mal exploité ! (exemple le tuyau de gaz qui fuit, périmé depuis 1999) Toutes les demandes formulées à la propriétaire ont été traitées avec un flegme méridional et avec une condescendance qui nous a scotché !

Séjour génial

Nous avons passé un séjour de folie, la maison de Frédérique est magnifique, pratique et bien équipée. La piscine et le jardin sont très agréables. Frédérique a été très disponible et une hote adorable qui a pu s'adapter a nos horaires décalés. Je recommande!

Beautiful house, lots of space, and and conveniently located in the heart of the Riviera!

Frederique was really responsive and helped us get settled personally. The house was well stocked and prepared. The internet was intermittent but I suspect that will be fixed shortly.

Gorgeous 4.5 bedroom farmhouse with amazing pool

This house truly does have character - the setting is private with a beautiful terrace and garden with views of the sea. Two things to know is that there are 3 completely private bedrooms, but the the 4th and 5th bedrooms are actually together in the same room with a partial wall separating them, but not complete privacy. This was not explained in the description we saw, and Frederique added in our correspondence that two bedrooms "communicated" with each other, which I understood to mean they shared a door between them, so two adults had to share only semi-private sleeping spaces, which was a bit awkward. Otherwise, the greatest part of the house is the beautiful terrace with a retractible awning and a full outdoor dining table where we had beautiful meals and hung out on the sofas with a view of the garden. Frederique is a caring host who met us the evening we arrived and showed us around the house and was available to answer questions. As her profile states, when we were communicating about the reservation, she does take a few days to reply, so my advice would be to begin communicating about check-in and check-out at least a week or more before you arrive. We were also a little surprised that check-in was slightly late (5pm) and checkout a little early (9:30am) compared to other hosts we have experienced, however, she let us hang out in the garden while the cleaner was preparing the house. I would definitely rent the house again as a 4 bedroom or for 4 adults and 1-2 children in the attached room.
