Wohnung in Morcone

Kleine, sehr zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung. Antonio, der Mann vor Ort, hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert und war innert kürzester Zeit da, wenn es nötig war. Es hatte sogar einen Grill, den wir benützen durften. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Wäsche für Küche, Bett und Bad muss mitgebracht werden, dafür hat es Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler! (eher wenig Geschirr vorhanden, wenn man ihn benützt) Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Morgens mit Vogelgezwitscher aufgewacht. Strand und Wasser sehr sauber. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren!

Nahe Morcone aber ruhig.

Die Verortung auf der FeWo Karte ist nicht korrekt.Auf der FeWo Karte wird die Wohnung im Zentrum von Morcone dargestellt.Tatsächlich ist sie oberhalb auf halbem Weg nach Capoliveri. Signore Antonio ,der Verwalter,ist sehr nett,immer zu erreichen und sofort zur Stelle wenn zum Beispiel die Gasflasche leer ist.

Perfetto per una vacanza al massimo in 3 persone

All'arrivo sono stati molto cordiali permettendoci l'entrata anticipata. L'appartamento era pulito, ma non perfettamente. La posizione ottima a circa 1 km dalla spiaggia di Morcone e circa 1 km da Capoliveri. L'unica pecca è che l'appartamento ci è stato affittato per 5 persone ma è perfetto per 3 persone al massimo per 5 è un po' piccolo

Nichts zu meckern!

Von Buchung bis Rückerstattung der Kaution läuft alles problemlos. Alessandra antwortet bei Rückfragen immer und kurzfristig. Vor Ort kümmert sich Antonio um alles, so dass man immer einen deutsch sprechenden Ansprechpartner hat. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Aufenthalt findet aber auf der wunderbaren Terrasse statt, toller Ausblick, insgesamt ruhig mit grosser Markise in einer schönen Umgebung. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit!

Schöne Lage, perfekt für 2 Personen

Schönes Appartment mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung und Ausstattung für zwei Personen (und evtl. Kind(er)). Das Bad ist geräumig und hat auch eine Waschmaschine. Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken sind neueren Datums und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Küche mit Gasherd, Geschirrspüler und sehr großem Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls neuwertig. Das beste ist die sehr große Terrasse mit Tisch für 6 Personen und Blick auf die Morcone-Bucht. Eine Markise sorgt für Schatten. Zum Strand sind wir immer zu Fuß gelaufen und haben so 15/20 Minuten gebraucht. Am Strand können Sonnenschirme und Liegen gemietet werden, außerdem gibt es eine Tauchschule und es werden Tretboote, Kanus und auch Boards für Stand-Up-Paddling vermietet. Versorgung ist gar kein Problem, viele Supermärkte haben auch sonntags geöffnet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin bzw. mit Antonio (spricht auch gut deutsch), dem Mann für alles vor Ort war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Eine Kleinigkeiten noch: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, man sollte zusehen dass man nicht zuviel Wärme tagsüber hereinlässt...

Wunderbarer Urlaub auf Elba

Hatten eine schöne Zeit in Morcone. Apartment ist neu eingerichtet, inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Für 2 Personen gerade richtige Größe. Große Terrasse mit Meerblick, optimale Lage zum Mountainbiken (Forststraße beginnt 200m vom Haus)

COME LA VOLEVAMO

Io e mio marito cercavamo una casa in un posto tranquillo dove poterci rilassare e l'appartamento ha soddisfatto in pieno la nostra richiesta. Posizionato in una zona tranquilla, dotato di un ampio terrazzo da dove si può godere una vista spettacolare del mare mentre si fa colazione, si cena o semplicemente ci si rilassa. La casa è piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort necessari (lavastoviglie, lavatrice ecc) e molto pulita. In poche parole come la volevamo.

La casa non è molto grande, ma è dotata di una terrazza molto ampia, L' appartamento, situato in una posizione molto tranquilla, è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è dotato di una fornitura molto completa. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e attenti a soddisfare ogni necessità.

Piacevole a

L'appartamento e ' piccolo ma appena ristrutturato e pulito e ben fornito. Bella la terrazza , grande e con una vista splendida sul mare. Ottima anche la posizione, molto vicina a Capoliveri e ad alcune belle spiagge, ma nello stesso tempo silenziosa e lontana dal rumore della strada. È in un complesso con altri appartamenti, ma quando siamo andati noi erano praticamente tutti vuoti , quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi con eventuali vicini. Sarebbe stato piacevole poter avere un barbecue per poter cucinare il pesce alla griglia.

Semplicemente magnifica

Casa ideale per trascorrere una piacevola e tranquilla vacanza. Gli spazi sono un po' piccoli ma essenziali per una famiglia di 4 persone. La terrazza è magnifica e spaziosa sopratutto la vista di cui si possono gustare bellissimi tramonti. La consiglierei senza ombra di dubbio.

"La casa è situata in un contesto pittoresco, si affaccia con una grande terrazza sulla baia di Morcone, in una zona silenziosa e ventilata. La tenda esterna e l''ombra dei pini permettono di godere della terrazza in ogni momento della giornata. La proprietaria e il signor Antonio addetto all''accoglienza degli ospiti in loco sono molto gentili e disponibili; la casa è abbastanza attrezzata, unico neo l''acqua non adatta per cucinare.
