mooi uitzicht

Mooi uitzicht, ruime lichte woning met steile oprit. Hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud en schoonmaak. Aanrijdend werden we via navigatie over route de panoramic gestuurd, dat is niet handig, zeer smalle en steile weg. De eigenaresse was verrast dat we er waren had ons een dag later verwacht, maar waren wel welkom. Koelkast sloot niet, echtgenoot kwam dit spoedig oplossen, vriendelijke man. Op het eind gedoe met de eigenaresse over schoonmaakkosten, die we bij VRBO al betaald hadden, wat volgens haar impossible! was. Na veel heen en weer, VRBO contact met haar laten opnemen. Toen bleef het stil. Omgeving: Vence is echt te ver om lopend naar toe te gaan, dan toch de auto nodig.

"Nous avons été enchantés...

"Nous avons été enchantés de cette location. Autant l''appartement, La Pitcholine, la décoration, l''équipement, les charmants propriétaires que cette magnifique vue sur Nice. Wow! Nichée à flanc de montagne, la maison possède trois appartements avec des terrasses privées. On se retrouve dans un lieu paisible, agrémenté des chants d''oiseaux, de la clochette de la chèvre et des odeurs de toutes ces plantes, le tout à quelques kilomètres de Nice, nous permettant ainsi de sillonner les routes pour visiter ces villages extraordinaires. Vence est particulièrement fort sympathique et possède un très grand marché pour s''approvisionner. Magnifique !"

"Endroit charmant, calme, propre. J''y ai séjourné à 2 reprises et je vais y retourner. Un seul petit bémol...le système internet est parfois défectueux...il serait bon d''avoir l''internet sans fil... Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et donnent de bons conseils pour les bons restos de la région."

"We had the pleasure of s...

"We had the pleasure of spending two lovely weeks at this newly built holiday residence in May. It consists of three apartments next to one another and is set in beautifully kept grounds on the hillside above Vence, with a great view of the valley and the Mediterranean in the distance. Exactly as shown in the photographs, even better. On a clear day you can spot the yachts in the Antibes harbour. It is on a charming little road which runs along the hillside, all the way to the source of the Riou. Great for evening walks. Our apartment was Olivette, the middle one, which not only has a nice and private terrace on the ground floor, but also its own garden and a superb extra terrace on the first floor with an even better panoramic view. You get absolute peace and quiet here, and yet Vence with its shops, restaurants and supermarkets is only a few minutes’ drive away. Very convenient indeed! You could even walk into town if you don’t mind the steep climb back up the hill. Saint Paul de Vence and all the hot spots of the Côte d’Azur are also within easy reach. The young couple who own the place are really nice people, very generous and welcoming and at the same time discrete. They will happily lend you their own stuff if you have any special wishes. We cannot congratulate them enough on the fantastic job they have done as to the high quality of the materials, the completeness of the kitchen equipment, the beautiful walk in shower, the tasteful interior decorating and the surprising little extras (freezer pack, plug in mosquito killer, inflatable armchairs for floating around the pool). Although not yet mentioned in the description, a TV set and a radio/CD player have been added to each apartment. By the way, the pool was heated in May, what a delight. Solar panels and a heat pump take care of that and also of the air conditioning/heating and hot water. Carine and Serge, you really thought of everything! Thank you very much. "

Ce gîte est de très grand...

Ce gîte est de très grande qualité, très bien équipé et avec des propriétaires d'une incroyable gentillesse et à l'accueil très chaleureux. Dans le gîte, on se croit tout d'abord dans une boutique de déco, tous les objets et les couleurs sont étudiés, ensuite on se sent très vite chez soi et on n'a plus envie de partir. Ce gîte construit sur le flanc du baou donne accès à une très belle vue sur la côte. La piscine est tout simplement sublime (ses transats, son pool bar, sa vue, ...). La région est de plus très belle. Nous ne pouvons que vous encouragez à y passer un séjour des plus agréables et des plus reposant.

"Lets start from the outs...

"Lets start from the outside going to the inside: the appartement is on a hill, it is quiet and very idyllic out there. From everywhere you have a maravellous view of the Cote D' Azur! The pool is very nice and the complete plot is made up lovely. The appartment inside is furnitered and decorated with a provencial style, which fits to the outside appearence. Everything is new and nice! The Owner is very open minded and friendly. All these facts let me had a splendid holiday!"

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Vence. Les gites sont impeccables, spacieux et décorés avec beaucoup de gout. La piscine est très agréable tout comme l'environnement et à la vue qui surplombe la Côte. Un mot sur les propriétaires qui sont très accueillants, spontanés et qui font partis de la réussite de notre séjour. Une location à vivement recommandé."

"Nous étions un des premiers clients dans ce gite tout nouveau et avons passé une semaine fantastique. Tout est fait avec goût pour vous faire passer un séjour de rêve. Notre gite s'appelait caillete et la chambre est immense et donne sur tout le panorama de la côte d'azur. Calme absolu et raffinement dans le choix des matériaux utilisés. Les propriétaires et leur petit garçon sont très accueillants et vous laissent savourer ces moments magiques A recommander absolument"
