About this property

"La Paludière": House on the edge of the salt marshes of the Guérandaise Peninsula

La Paludière is an old Paludier house completely renovated and located in the heart of a small village 50 meters from the Salants marshes.
Calm, restful and exotic place.
We provide you with bikes to explore the surrounding salt marshes on hiking trails.
We offer you the opportunity to take your meals outside in the shade of a covered courtyard.
The large garden is lawned and enclosed, planted with fruit trees and equipped with a play area for children.


Outdoor games for children (swing, slide, boules, skittles).

During the summer period (June to September), stays are from Saturday to Saturday. Depending on the reservations, we may however slightly extend a rental week (a few days before or after a full week).
Heating costs are invoiced as supplements. Pellet bags will be made available at a rate of € 5 / unit.

un super accueil, merci vraiment, la maison adorable, typique à une maison bretonne avec tout le nécessaire, correspondant à nos attentes, propreté irréprochable, une maison ayant une âme ou nous nous sommes sentis bien, un jardin magnifique; ou nos 2 chiennes ont en profités avec joie, merci jean claude pour accepter les animaux, un patio avec son toit de chaume, village très calme et à proximité des plages, en moins de 10 minutes, et tant de découvertes, les marais salants; le port du croisic, la baule, toutes ces découvertes sont subilimes et peu loins, moins de 20 minutes, nous y retournerons

D'abord accueillis par un ami du propriétaire, nous avons rencontré celui-ci 48h après notre arrivée. Très ouvert et très à l'écoute, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances au calme avec toutefois la possibilité de découvrir de beaux sites à 15 ou 30 mn en voiture de la maison. Un très bon moment

Nous avons loué la maison pour 10 jours en août. La maison était très agréable, spacieuse avec un grand jardin dans une impasse au calme. Elle est proche des marais salants ce qui donne la possibilité de faire de nombreuses balades. La maison est bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge...) et peut facilement accueillir des enfants en bas âge. Enfin, le propriétaire a été très attentionné avec nous et nous a expliqué les activités à faire sur place.

Un été parfait!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites! Le gîte est très bien pour 4 (une famille avec 2 enfants). Le grand jardin clos et arboré était idéal notamment pour notre petit chien.
