Quelques surprises à Saint Malo

Arrivée difficile. Prévue à partir de 16h. Pas d’indication précise de l’endroit par un panneau ou sur un mur comme précisé dans l’annonce. Difficulté à contacter le propriétaire qui pensait notre arrivée avant 16h. Nous avons dû nous faire aider de riverains. Une heure de recherche. Nous avons bien profité de la région. Mais dans la résidence: pas de piscine, pas de bain à remous, jardin partagé avec les propriétaires (pas de séparation), pas de patio mais une terrasse, un mobilier d'extérieur vieillot. Dans l'appartement: WiFi défaillant, pas de four. Je tiens quand même à signaler que les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et se sont bien rendus compte de l'écart entre l'annonce et le réel. Compte tenu de ce descriptif, je demande un geste commercial à Abritel. Roland Sauvage.

APPRECIATION SUR SEJOUR

POINTS POSITIFS : localisation de la location dans la campagne aux portes de St Malo et à 5 mn en voiture des commerces. Le Studio est attenant à la maison des propriétaires mais a son entrée indépendante et sa terrasse sans vis à vis donnant sur le verger. Il est très propre, la pièce principale est bien agencée, un clic clac fait office de lit la nuit et de fauteuil le jour, la salle de bain avec wc est très agréable, le tout est équipé du STRICT NECESSAIRE pour deux personnes. POINTS NEGATIFS : Il y a une Chambre d’hôte au dessus du Studio avec mauvaise insonorisation du sol qui fait résonner les pas et les mouvements.. (louée heureusement que le week-end durant notre séjour d’une semaine). Attention : n’oubliez pas d’apporter sacs poubelle, papier toilette, éponge, tapis de salle de bain, torchon, produit vaisselle et nettoyant, sans oublier un tire bouchon ....avec tout cela votre séjour sera plus fonctionnel. APPRECIATION GENERALE : Bonne semaine, location stratégique pour visite de lieux dans un rayon de moins de 80 kms afin de découvrir chaque jour cette belle région de Bretagne.(CANCALE - DINARD- DINAN -CAP FREHEL- LE MONT ST MICHEL -DOL DE BRETAGNE- une journée à JERSEY - LA RANCE etc.... sans oublier la dégustation des fruits de mer à Cancale et des moules dans la baie du mont st michel) Les Bordelais.

CHAMBRE D'HOTE SIMPLE ET CALME

Petit séjour de 3 nuits. Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement et sa situation très au calme en retrait de toute urbanisation. Le propriétaire était très sympathique et discret mais nous a quand même donné quelques conseils pour notre visite touristique.Le petit déjeuner était simple (pain frais, croissants frais, confitures variées, jus de fruits et boissons chaudes. La table était simple mais élégante. Mérite de garder son classement actuel. Seul bémol la WIFI fonctionnait par intermitence.
