Completely Renovated for 2018! Extensive renovation of this classic OBX cottage. New kitchen, expanded living area, covered deck, large sun deck, vaulted ceiling and more!
Charming OBX cottage with easy beach access and all the comforts of home.
4BR, 1full, 2half bath OBX cottage situated conveniently at the 5.5 mp in Kill Devil Hills. Home is fully equipped for your stay including 3 queen size beds, a full with bunk and twin trundle. Family room with flat screen satellite TV, covered deck, over 400 square feet of sun decks all waiting for you and your family to enjoy. A fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher are there for your convenience. A hot/cold enclosed outside shower with separate dressing area makes for a nice transition from the beach to the house. A nice utility room is located on the ground level and is complete with full sized washer and dryer a 1/2 bath and wash sink. Watch the ocean roll onto the sand with ocean views from the expansive sun deck all equipped with sun loungers and Adirondack chairs. Gas grill and picnic table are provided for your use.

Our central location puts you within minutes of all your favorite restaurants and shopping destinations.
