Our stay was fantastic. The host was incredibly communicative, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and well-stocked with all the necessary essentials. We especially appreciated that quality linens and bath towels were provided, which significantly lightened our packing load. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to others.

What a lovely home to stay in for our family of 4! We didn’t bring the dog this time but easily could have if needed to. We absolutely loved having our own master bath, outside eating area on the deck, and a backyard with back shower! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Amazing place to stay to experience the wonderful attractions of Kill Devil Hills and Outter Banks

This property is an amazing place to stay. The location is a very short commute to anything we wanted to see, do and eat. My wife, my dogs and myself thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the neighborhood when we wanted to wind down. The neighbors are very friendly as well. I will absolutely be returning to this property for another amazing vacation!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We keep trying different types of properties, this one with a fenced in yard for our dogs, which is a rare find. It worked out great! The house was really nice, clean and had everything we needed. Ginny was extremely responsive as well. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. This home was perfect!

Everything was excellent- from the host herself to their incredibly clean and comfortable home! It was a perfect stay for us to be close to family and celebrate mom’s 88th birthday. Even the dogs had a great time playing in the fenced backyard! We hope to return soon! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Perfect vacation home for our family and pup.

Perfect vacation home, 4 bikes and a fun req room in the garage. Fantastic backyard for my pup and a crate for bedtime. The upstairs is fantastic and the bedrooms were perfect. Highly enjoyed our stay (the neighbors are super nice too)! We will book this home again.

Great stay and dog friendly

Very clean and same as the pictures shown. The fenced backyard is really nice for dog owners. Clear instructions communicated by the owner before the booked time window. It made the check in smoothly. We would love to stay here again whenever we visit OBX next time.

As someone who doesn’t typically vacations with their pets, this was the PERFECT rental. The fenced-in backyard was a great perk. The house was very clean and is accurate to the listing. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the OBX. Not to mention, you are a prime location for great restaurants.

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and everything about the house was exactly what we wanted it to be. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood locals were very nice and welcoming. The location of the house was perfect too. Close to the beach and stores etc. Thank you Ginny! Your house is definitely a home away from home!

This is our 4th summer traveling to the OBX with our dogs and Ginny's home did not disappoint! She was incredibly friendly and communicative as well as flexible when we requested a change in dates. The house was very clean and accurately described in the listing as well as photos. The front deck was lovely to hang out on and very conveniently located off the main living space to allow our dogs to survey the neighborhood when we were home. The kitchen was well stocked to allow us to cook a lot of our meals and save some money. We highly recommend staying here! The only thing to note if you are traveling with dogs is that the folks living on either side and behind all have dogs as well, so if your pup is dog reactive, it might be something to consider. Our pups were all fine with it and the neighbors were friendly anytime we ran into them.
