L’appartement est très bien placé dans une résidence calme.
Le propriétaire est très gentil et à l’écoute.

Très bon séjour
Résidence très bien situé à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Piscine et jeux pour les enfants à l'intérieur. Rien à dire, c'est exactement comme sur les photos. En plus le propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, bien situé entre centre ville et plage de Fenals (plus calme que celle du centre de Lloret). Les piscines sont très agréables, dans une résidence surveillée nuit et jour par des gardiens. Appartement vraiment confortable pour 4 personnes. Enfin le propriétaire est très aimable ! Nous vous le recommandons😊

Ottima per ragazzi e famiglie
L'appartamento è in una posizione ottima, sia rispetto al supermercato, sia alla spiaggia (la più vicina è a circa 5 minuti a piedi mentre la più bella a 10) e anche rispetto al viale centrale, dove ci sono tutti i locali e le discoteche. Il luogo è sicuro (c'è una guardia notturna molto simpatica) e il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. L'unica pecca è che la doccia funzionava un po' male e l'aria condizionata, pur essendo bassa, non si riusciva a spegnere.

La climatisation ne march...
La climatisation ne marche pas (programateur démonté) et le propriétaire présent dans la résidence ne la pas faite réparée.
Les distances : plage et surtout centre ville sont fausses : plage 200 à 300m et centre ville : 1.2 km

El inquilino tiene razon: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Se lo dije a la entrada al apartamento, en ningún momento se le engaño.
El cliente rompió una persiana que costo 50 euros repararla y no se le cobro, hicimos una compensación por el aire acondicionado, el cliente se fue contento. Respecto a la distancia que hay a la playa es la correcta 5 minutos andando
