Completely renovated, this large villa of 200 m² welcomes you to the heights of the Var coast for a comfortable stay with family or friends. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, in a large garden configured as terraces, it offers its residents a breathtaking view of the Golden Islands and makes it possible to live a holiday for several (8 to 10 people) in a friendly atmosphere. Its location in the Mont des Oiseaux residential park allows you to combine calm and tranquility around the house.
You benefit very close to a vast beach (the Almanarre beach at the bottom of the Mont des Oiseaux). Many visits or excursions are possible according to your tastes. Saint Tropez, Bormes les Mimosas, Giens peninsula, the Golden Islands ... hikes along the coast and magnificent hinterland with the Verdon gorges!
The location of the house at the height of the Mont des Oiseaux also allows you to benefit from more air and freshness, which is very significant in summer.
The spacious common outbuildings of the house and its 5 bathrooms make it possible to combine daily life together and individual independence. Its orientation facing the sea will allow you to enjoy natural light until late in the evening.
Its very complete equipment puts at your disposal: An equipped kitchen A dining room with 10 seats 5 bathrooms are all adjoining the Bedrooms. Bathrooms 2 and 3 are integrated in the bedrooms but arranged in separation. 5 toilets The 5 bedrooms are all equipped with extra large beds. Each Bedroom has its private bathroom - 1 Bedroom with King-size bed (180/200) - 2 Bedrooms with King-size beds (180/200) (convertible to 2x90 / 200 configuration) - 2 Bedrooms with Queen-size beds (160/200). One of these two bedrooms ('Bedroom 5') is with separate access.

Kleines Juwel an der Côte d‘Azur

In ruhiger Lage mitten im Grünen mit atemberaubenden Blick über die Halbinsel Giens konnten wir es dank der gemütlichen Unterkunft auch bei Regen gut aushalten. Alle Personen hatten Platz ohne sich um die Plätze streiten zu müssen sowie Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Jedes Zimmer ist mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet, was es bei so vielen Personen extrem erleichtert. Christine ist eine sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vue époustouflante

Villa de haut standing très fonctionnelle offrant un cadre merveilleux. Idéale pour plusieurs familles ou couples d'amis. A noter deux dispositifs capturant les moustiques à proximité de la maison, qui ont rendu les moments en extérieur beaucoup plus agréables et permettant d'aérer plus sereinement la maison qui ne dispose pas de climatisation. Je recommande !

Great View, Great Pool...

The property is in a great location and has an excellent pool. This is a great property and I gave it a five star rating because of the amenities. I assume that due to the high rate of turnover the cleanliness was not as good as it could have been. Floors were broom cleaned but not washed and the glassware had to be run through the dishwasher again. This is a very large house and I understand that things will not be perfect when the turnover rate of vacationers is high. They really need new pillows.

Nous avons tous beaucoup aimé cette belle et chaleureuse propriété qui invite au farniente entre la douceur de la piscine et la vue magnifique sur la presqu'île de Gien et les marais salants . Excellent séjour

Très belle propriété, une maison de famille avec une âme, et une vue extraordinaire dont on ne se lasse pas sur la presqu'île de Giens. La maison est spacieuse, très bien agencée et fonctionnelle, on s'y sent à l'aise tout de suite, la cuisine bien équipée il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. L'accueil de la propriétaire a été chaleureux, elle a été disponible, très à l 'écoute, du début jusqu'à la fin quand nous avons eu des questions , vraiment un grand merci. Une maison idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille.

Une villa de standing avec piscine et une vue sur mer exceptionnelle.

Dès notre arrivée à la villa, nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis très bien. La gestion de notre arrivée et l’organisation de notre séjour a été parfaitement géré par Christine, la propriétaire, avec qui nous avons toujours eu d’excellents échanges et que nous remercions pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et sa courtoisie. La maison est spacieuse avec un bel espace séjour / salle à manger et une terrasse extérieure qui donne sur une vue mer fabuleuse depuis le fort de Brégançon jusqu’à la presqu’île de Giens et sur les îles d’or. Cette vue est une véritable carte postale vivante depuis le lever du soleil jusqu’au coucher. J’imagine que pendant la période estivale, la vue est de premier plan pour admirer les feux artifices du secteur. La cuisine est très bien équipée et dispose de tous les équipements et matériels nécessaires. L’espace piscine, surplombant la maison est très agréable et permet de passer d’excellents moments de détente. Le fait que la piscine soit chauffée, nous a permis d’en profiter pleinement en cette période de fin Septembre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, d’un très bon confort et dispose chacune de belles et grandes salles de bain. Certaines chambres offrent une vue mer splendide qui transforme votre réveil en un moment très agréable. La configuration de la maison permet à la fois de se retrouver tous ensemble et également de s’isoler un peu dans les différents espaces, si on le souhaite. En résume, un excellent séjour que nous n’avions pas envie de terminer.

Family vacation with sea view

We spent a nice three weeks family vacation together with our daughters and her families (six adults and two little children 3 and 5 years old) in this nice ambience. The house is well equipped, spacious and charming and offers a magnificent view to the seaside. A fenced large pool area invites for activity and relaxing. Especially for the children it was one of the highlights. The positive impression was completed by the very polite house owner, Mrs. Marcouyoux. She was always ready to support us and very engaged to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Everything was right and we had a very pleasant time. For future vacation this house will surely be a favorite.

Vue magnifique très belle villa

15 jours magnifiques on ne se lasse pas de la vue ! 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains très bien aménagées Seul regret : pas de grande plancha à l’extérieur. La piscine a commencé à devenir verte ; les propriétaires ont vite réagi ; le pisciniste est venu plusieurs fois avant de trouver une solution donc la piscine n’était pas très tentante pendant quelques jours mais on a profité des chaises longues et de la vue !!! Et surtout on est tous prêts à revenir l’année prochaine !!!

Fantastic villa, highly recommend !

My family and I just had one of the best holidays at the Marcouyoux villa in Hyeres and cannot recommend this home highly enough. Christine the host was extremely reliable and kind, and made sure we had everything we needed and had no trouble answering our questions, and helping us before and throughout our holiday. The villa itself is extremely spacious and welcome. Our friends and I slept incredibly well in the Queen and King sizes beds. Its 'open plan' characteristic was perfect for us as we like to always have an eye on our children and not be confined to small spaces. The swimming pool was incredible and actually the original reason we picked the villa. In France it is mandatory to have an alarm on the pool system but this wasnt enough for us, we wanted somewhere where the pool could be completely shut off as neither of our children could swim yet. The view from the house is an absolute dream, every where we looked was like a magazine picture and we spent countless evening with our friends, sipping rosé and having lovely diners on the terrace's. It is also close to many picturesque french towns, markets, and exquisite beaches which enabled us to explore our surroundings really easily. We left the villa rested and happy and are definitely planning on coming back next summer. I just wish every rental we tried was up to the standard of this one! Highly recommend.

Super Haus. Tolle Aussicht. Schöne Ferien

Als wir ankamen wurden wir von der Gastfamilie sehr freundlich empfangen. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert und sie hatten uns sogar den Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken (Rose, Bier, Wasser Limonade Orangensaft usw) gefüllt was nach der langen Anreise sehr schön war. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung übergaben sie uns das Haus. Es ist ein sehr großes Haus auf einem Privatberg mit beschränkter Zufahrt. Wir waren schon dreimal auf diesen Berg aber dies Haus ist mit Abstand das schönste gewesen. Wenn wir wieder dorthin fahren, dann in dieses Haus, das ist sicher! Wir reisten als Großfamilie mit 6 Personen an. 2 Erwachsene, 3 Jugendliche Teenager und eine Großmutter. Allen aber auch allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Jeden Morgen nahmen wir das Frühstück auf der Westterrasse ein, da diese am Morgen noch im Schatten liegt. Jede Terrasse ist mit einer elektrischen Markise ausgestattet. Abend waren wir dann immer auf der großen Hauptterrasse mit einem unglaublich schönen Blick auf den Strand von Almanarre und die wunderschönen Inseln Porquerolles und Port-Cros. Es ist ein sehr großes Haus mit vielen Zimmer. Im unteren Bereich gibt es noch 2 Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Bädern und WC. Eine Einheit ist komplett Autark mit eigenen Eingang, Doppelbett und Badezimmer Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr gut und man darf alle benutzen. Uns wurde sogar erlaubt uns an der Bar zu bedienen. Die Küche hat sogar 2 Backöfen, Spülmaschine Induktionsherd mit 4 Platten, Mikrowelle, Filterkaffe Maschine und auch eine Nespresso Maschine usw usw. In einem kleinen Waschraum gibt es eine Waschmaschine mit Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Der Swimmingpool im oberen Bereich ist für die Anzahlt der Leute im Haus sehr groß und ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Der Außenbereich am Pool ist auch sehr groß. Auch von dem Pool aus hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Pool wurde gut gewartet war immer sauber usw. Es gibt ein schnelles W-LAN eine tolle Bluetooth Stereoanlage und eine großen TFT Fernseher. Fazit sehr schöner Urlaub immer wieder gerne und ein großes Merci an Christine und ihrem Mann

VUE SURPRENANTE

villa trés agréable pas tout pret des commerces assez grande pour que chacun trouve sa place ( nous étions 3 générations)avec une piscine où petits et grands en ont bien profité. et 3 belles terrasses ,un petit jardin aurait bien venu pour les petits Un petit plus pour la chambre parentale et sa belle salle de bain toutes les chambres ne sont pas équivalentes ,un peu poussiéreuses pour celles du bas mais la plupart ont une belle vue nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré la chaleur la nuit dans les chambres ET JE CROIS QUE L ON NE S EST JAMAIS LASSE DE CETTE MAGNIFIQUE VUE peut être que la climatisation dans certaines chambres serait trés appréciée propriétaire très charmante et arrangeante

Un endroit magique...

S'il faut retenir une chose de notre séjour, c'est cette vue absolument incroyable qu'offre la maison! Tout simplement magnifique... Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. La maison est belle, propose de nombreuses terrasses à choisir en fonction des moments de la journée. L'espace piscine est très grand, bien aménagé et hyper sécurisé, et une fois de plus vous fera profiter d'une vue incroyable. Merci à Christine pour son acceuil chaleureux et pour avoir su répondre à nos demandes!

Spectaluar view, great family house!

This big house sits on the top of the mountain, hence you have a superb view over the Med from 2 terraces. For the nice size pool you have to take the stairs in the garden which will take you to an even better view. Some rooms and bathrooms have been updated, some are a bit outdated. The house has a very good family feel as it is the family's holiday home. So no polished look, just very cosy. The internet worked very well with 5 adults and 4 teenagers all using it at the same time. No airconditioning just fans. No insect screens. To go to the village and beach you need a car or powerful motorbike to go up and down the hill. The walk is for the sporty ones. Christine and Frederique are extremely helpful and friendly. We had a very pleasant 2 week's stay with our family consisting of 9 people.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana fra amici in questa bellissima casa. La vista è meravigliosa e ci siamo goduti la bellissima piscina. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili e la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort. Anche i nostri due cani Carletto e Lola si sono divertiti nello spazioso giardino. Great experience

Two weeks in this house, what an amazing time. With so much space, it was perfect for two couples and four children. When I have been in this house, I particularly liked the wonderful view of the sea (not the same than in Ireland) and the relaxing swimming pool. Everything was perfect for these two weeks and I wish I could go to this house again. I also want to say thank you to the house’s owner who is really helpful. I wish you all the best for the future

Excellent Vacation or Long weekend sunny Place!

If you are looking for a place to spend a week or two, or a long weekend holiday, look no further this is the villa you want to rent! In May 2013 we spent a long weekend in this villa with some colleagues, I think there were about 10 or 12 of us. in the 3-4 days we spent there, we barely left the property! It is cosy, not too luxurious, comfortable, with a good size swimming pool, fully furnished, with all basic amenities provided! And YES all high-end vacation resort villa requirements are met! :-) It is a house with a soul and a character that makes it pleasant, homy, and FUN for a holiday or a R&R business weekend. Comes highly recommended from us!

Alors là mes amis on touche au Bonheur! Une vue imprenable sur la Presqu’île de Giens, un calme absolu, une piscine/solarium parfaite, des coins ombragés, une végétation très bien entretenue, même nos chiens avaient du mal à repartir: vivement l'année prochaine pour un come back au Mont des Oiseaux...du Paradis!
