Villa tenuta molto bene e veramente comoda per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più famose della zona .. anche se suggerisco le spiagge della vicina Porto San Giovanni. Siamo stati veramente bene da ritornarci

Esattamente come descritto sul sito. Bellissima casa, spaziosa e adatta a più famiglie come nel nostro caso. La signora Jinette sempre reperibile, e subito pronta a risolvere eventuali problemi. Vivamente consigliata.

Bellissima casa, spaziosa, comoda. Bello lo spazio esterno con grande tavolo per cene all'aperto, il barbecue e le docce. Gli scogli fronte casa aguzzi, da camminare con scarpette da mare, mare stupendo, utile mascherina per vedere i fondali. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima e riposante . La casa è proprio davanti al mare, comoda da raggiungere , vicinissima alle spiagge meravigliose del Coco Loco a Marina di Ugento e molto vicina anche a Gallipoli per chi vuole passare una bella serata in compagnia . La casa è molto pulita e accogliente. La signora Jinette è gentilissima . Consiglio vivamente di trascorrervi le vacanze !

Dotata di tutti i confort

Ho soggiornato in questa villa dal 27 agosto al 3 settembre 2016 con un gruppo di amici, in totale 3 famiglie. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le varie spiagge della costa. Molto spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni confort per accogliere gruppi numerosi. Assolutamente da consigliare.

MEGLIO DI COSI'.........

Salve....ho soggiornato presso la villa dal 2 al 16 luglio 2016. La proprietaria, Sig.ra Jinette, si è dimostrata subito disponibile consegnandoci le chiavi qualche ora prima dell'orario stabilito, essendo arrivati in Salento in anticipo. A prima vista la villa ci è sembrata ancor più bella che dalle foto pubblicate... e non sbagliavamo! Casa pulita, confortevole, materassi e cuscini praticamente nuovi. Frigo pieno di bevande fresche a nostra disposizione come benvenuto. 4 camere da letto, di cui 2 veramente ampie. Abbiamo alloggiato in 2 famiglie, totale 8 persone, ma ci possono stare comodamente anche 3 famiglie di amici. Le 2 docce esterne sono una chicca, praticamente le 2 interne non le abbiamo mai usate, mantenendo così un po' più puliti i bagni interni, uno per ciascuna famiglia. L' esterno è dotato anche di un lavandino in cui si possono lavare i costumi o lavare le cozze per non sporcare in casa. Casa fresca, abbastanza fuori dal caos delle più vicine frazioni, ma con vicino un mini market per ogni evenienza, bar e ristorante di carne. A un paio di chilometri si trovano ipermercati, farmacia, bancomat e tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe avere bisogno. Prendendo la Litoranea si possono raggiungere facilmente tutte le spiagge più conosciute del Salento, sia a nord verso Gallipoli che a Sud verso Leuca, noi le abbiamo fatte tutte, ogni giorno si cambiava. Sono distanze fattibili e non impegnative. Talvolta, dopo cena, ci imponevamo di uscire per fare un giretto, non ne avevamo voglia, perché cenare con gli amici sotto a quel porticato, con la brezza del mare che ti accarezza e le chiacchiere senza dover guardare l'orologio, non ha prezzo e non hai bisogno di altro!!!!!!! Insomma, grazie a Jinette ed a tutta la sua famiglia per l'accoglienza ed ospitalità. Se dovessi riprogrammare un'altra vacanza in Salento contatterei direttamente Jinette, per cui consiglio a tutti, famiglie con bimbi piccoli come i nostri, con figli adolescenti o gruppi di ragazzi di pernottare presso Villa Jinette.

VILLA MERAVIGLIOSA

Ciao Jinette sono appena rientrata da una stupenda vacanza in Salento con la mia famiglia ed i miei amici, dove abbiamo alloggiato nella tua splendida villa fronte mare. La villa è davvero meravigliosa per la posizione, gli spazi dentro e fuori, le comodità ed i comfort. La pulizia degli ambienti molto buona rispetto ad altre strutture del Salento visitate negli anni precedenti. Sei una perfetta padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza dei tuoi ospiti. Consiglierò la tua villa a chi vorrà trascorrere vacanze dalle tue parti e non mancherò di contattarti per le mie prossime vacanze nel meraviglioso mare del Salento. Un abbraccio VESTA

La maison est très jolie ...

La maison est très jolie et spacieuse, cour très agréable avec de la verdure. Belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Propriétaires très gentils et très serviables. 25 mn de route suffisent pour se rendre à Gallipoli, 40 mn pour Leuca. Bien que située en dehors du village, la maison profite d'un petit supermarché à 100m. Le quartier est animé et la route qui passe devant la maison bruyante.

Ho soggiornato con la mia...

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, 4 ragazzi sui 20 anni, alla fine di giugno presso questa abitazione. L'alloggio è esattamente come descritto, ampio, pulito, funzionale esicuramente vista mare. La sig.ra Jenette diecreta ma accogliente e ospitale, essendo arrivati tardissimo il sabato sera ci ha fatto trvare il frigorifero ben servito di bibite fresche.La posizione è ottima per escursioni verso spiaggie sabbiose splendide, Punta della Suina verso Gallipoli piuttosto che le splendide spiagge di Pescoluse. E'stata un'esperienza splendida!! Sicuramente da rifare!!

We liked staying at the h...

We liked staying at the house because we were in front of the sea. the location was good for visiting other cities in the neighbourhod and there was a very nice beach (la bandera blu) only 10 minutes from the house. The house itself was clear and big and good privacy.
