This exciting location on the sought-after north end of Myrtle Beach puts all the best of the Grand Strand at your doorstep! It's a beautiful and affordable 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath villa situated less than one block from the beach on the ocean side of Ocean Boulevard. This rental is roomy enough to comfortably sleeps eight. There are 2 double beds in each bedroom. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen and a nice size dining room and living area. Private balcony with seating for your enjoyment. The unit has basic cable for your entertainment and don't leave your laptops at home because you'll have wireless internet access in your condo. The beach is just a short walk away or a quick ride will take you to fabulous dining, attractions, theaters, entertainment venues, or legendary golfing. If water is your love, in addition to the ocean, there is an outdoor pool for you to enjoy. There is a washer and dryer located nearby on the property that you will have access to. During the off-season, nightly rentals are available.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Overall it was a good stay

We were alittle disappointed that some of the up keep wasn't maintained. One of the couches was clearly falling apart at the bottom, paint touch ups in the bedrooms didn't match etc. But overall for the price and location to the beach it was a good stay

The place was nice but needs little paint quiet area right next to the beach was spacious as well only bad thing was not allowed motorcycles or golf carts or mopeds so if you had one or rented one for your stay you cannot bring to the property

This condo is dated. The outside is in shambles and dirty. i will not bring my family back nor would I recommend. We loved Myrtle beach and will return and will stay at other explored options while we were there.

We do wish you would have brought these matters to our attention either upon arriving at the unit, at check-out, or when you were contacted in regards to the lost key. That is what we are here for and we express this with all of our guests at check in. We say when you get to the unit, if something is wrong, call us. We cannot fix anything unless we know it is broken. We take great pride in offering up to date photos on our properties so guests can see their exact travel accommodations prior to arrival. Our pictures are taken and updated within one calendar year. I’m sorry you feel this unit is dated. The owner has taken great strides to conduct renovations so that their guests will feel comfortable throughout their stay. As far as the outside of the building is concerned, the Ocean Dunes complex is not new construction, and we never claim it to be. If the exterior was in “shambles” as you claim, again, I would have hoped you would have contacted us so we could have brought it to the HOA’s attention. We are sad that you will not be giving us another opportunity to provide you with your accommodations, but wish you luck on your future visits to Myrtle Beach. Sincerely, Oceanfront Vacation Rentals

Don't plan on getting in late and hitting the beds.......you have to make them first! Beds were so uncomfortable, ended up sleeping on the couch. No secure WiFi at all. Dishes/utensils were dirty as we pulled them out to use them. Not impressed. We have stayed in several Vrbo/AirBnB's and have never been disappointed in what we found. Would not stay in this offering again.

Disappointing

Upon arrival, we showed up to the address of ocean dunes. Looked decent and the beach is literally right there, but the office is located a few miles away, which this is why I’m giving it 2 stars .. the office ladies were very kind and helpful. We walked in to a very dark place not like pictures show, but spacious. The beds are basically in the shape of a V that’s how worn they are and the headboards shake around banging against the walls. The floors were sticking and we found a left over trash from last tenants. I called for a light cleaning but no one showed. The one bathroom was nice but than the other we refused to use because it was just so dark and icky. This is the beginning .. so the next morning comes and my child wakes up to a roach next to the bed, tried to stick it out with the exception of using anything provided and not leaving our bags or anything on the floors but went to the pool were MULTIPLE roaches were running around. At this time my children were so skeeved out they didn’t want to sleep, we chose to spend another night and AGAIN woke up to another roach!! So we decided to pack and leave .. we refused to ruin anymore of our child’s vision of Myrtle Beach’s offerings. We sent pictures of the roaches and the dirty sheets given, luckily without a fight we spoke to the office and they refunded the rest of our stay slightly although I feel we should of been refunded everything but cleaning fee. I’m just disappointed that this place is so deceiving! It’s also no place for a family, more of party central. Unfortunately I would never recommend this to families!

Great location-old mattresses

The good - Quiet complex conveniently located just steps from the beach. Nicely landscaped and decorated. The not so good - We assumed that the owner had heeded comments made earlier in the year about the sad state of the mattresses in this unit, but unfortunately they hadn’t. If back health is an issue for you, confirm that they’ve been replaced before booking this unit.

My stay at this location.

Check in easy & staff very helpful. Great property location, very quiet! The rugs could use a professional steaming & the mattresses all need to be replaced, so soft & worn out. Overall, very nice condo, had everything we needed. If they change out the old mattresses, I would give this property 5 stars & would stay here again.

Great Condo location

My family stayed here at the beginning of the summer. It was a very roomy, quiet and convenient place to stay. The management was very friendly and quick to solve any problems we had, not that we had any big issues. I recommend this place, especially for the price!
