This charming little 2-bedroom house with 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs and an outdoor shower is located on the Ajaccio golf course, 40 minutes from the imperial city, at the foot of the Tour de la Castagna.

It is surrounded by scrubland, in a quiet, protected spot from where you will be lucky enough to be able to walk to a charming little beach less than 150 m away, along a dirt track.
If you like, you can spend the whole day in your swimming costume! Take advantage of the sea of oil early in the morning, to meditate on the beach or take a bath before going back up to have breakfast on the terrace with your friends...

From this heavenly spot, halfway between Ajaccio and Propriano, you can also reach, this time by car, the most beautiful beaches in the region, such as Portigliolo, Mare e Sole (silver beach), Ruppione, Agosta, Cupabbia, Cala d(Orzu) (Chez Francis) ...; you are 5 minutes' drive from “Mico”, where you can book a tennis court or eat a good pizza with a view of the sea...

Very nice.

Nice house, a kitchen and on each side a bedroom with there own toilet and shower. In the house/kitchen you find everything you need. Outside plenty of room to sit, in the shade or the sun. Very private and quiet. The beach is 20 seconds walking. We visited the first 2 weeks of september, and most of the days we had the beach to our selves. Also here, you can choose between sun or shade. The shops are a bit far, 15-20 min. by car. The owner is easy to contact en responses very quickly when we had questions. Very beautifull surrounding, nice beaches and beautifull scenery.

Lief huisje, met t ruisen van de zee opde achtergrond

Heerlijk tot rust komen. Het huis heeft net alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede bedden, badkamers, goed geoutilleerde keuken. Overdekt terras met grote eettafel. Tuintje eromheen grenst aan een grotere tuin waarachter een paadje naar een klein strand lijdt. 5 min lopen. Wat wel een beetje een uitdaging is is het pad van de weg naar het huis met de auto. Super sejour , la Castagna est un endrois magnifique, à 2 minutes a pied d'une superbe crique, ou j ai pu laisser mon bateau . accueille chaleureux et la maison est toute equipée, il ne manque rien !

Très bon séjour

La maison correspondait exactement aux photos du site. Les appareils ménagers et la literie étaient de qualité. La plage accessible à pied est très agréable et parfois nous étions seuls, mais il n'y a plus de soleil après 16h. Il n'y a aucun vis à vis mais la maison n'est pas complètement isolée et parfois il est possible d'entendre des fêtes dans les maisons qui sont autour. Rien qui n'empêche de dormir. Nous recommandons cette location.

Idylle pur

Das Ferienhaus war genauso, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Der kleine Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und wir hatten ihn trotz Hauptsaison fast für uns alleine. Den Einkauf sollte man gut planen, da fußläufig nichts zu erreichen ist. Im Hauptschlafzimmer gibt es ein Moskitonetz überm Bett, das,wäre auch im zweiten Zimmer toll! Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche und würden wieder buchen!

Tres beau séjour en Corse à la pointe de la Castagne

Propriété conforme à l'annonce. Maison située dans un endroit calme avec une belle terrasse. Petite plage à 5 minutes à pied. ideal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Chacun sa chambre et sa salle de bain et de nombreux rangement. Tout est à disposition. Nous renviendrons avec plaisir

Merveilleux séjour à la Castagne, un lieu authentique et préservé !

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis et la maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. La proximité de la plage depuis la maison est un vrai plus avec de plus une véritable ambiance village permettant de profiter de ce petit havre de paix ! Merci Christian.

Alles perfect!

Obwohl wir uns ziemlich verspätet hatten, wurden wir freundlich erwartet und empfangen. Das Haus liegt abgelegen, so wie wir es gerne wollten um uns 1 Woche zu erholen, alles ist so wie beschrieben reichlich vorhanden. Zur kleinen schönen Badebucht sind es nur 3 Minuten zu gehen, zusätzlich zu den 2 Badezimmern gibt es sogar noch eine Außendusche. Gerne we/ürden wir im näachsten Jahr wiederkommen!
