Villa Amelie is a charming place, perfect for short or long stays; we offer all the amenities with international standards. It’s located just 5 blocks from Central Park, close to Xalteva Church and the Old Hospital.

The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood; it connects easily to the main city attractions. The Villa is a brand new construction, modern but with a personal and welcoming touch, the space is inviting and once you stay there it will become your favorite place in town.

The Villa has a full equipped kitchen, 43” flat screen tv in the living room, TV in the bedroom, King size bed, Sofa bed, A/C, hot water in the shower, 70 mgbps internet, cable. Guests have access to the pool and BBQ area.

Home away from home

I lived here for 2 months while volunteering in Granada. It definitely fit my needs - comfortable self contained unit with kitchen, not directly in tourist zone, 10-15 min walk to restaurants, grocery stores & market, pool, reliable wifi, good fans, quiet location. AC in living room and bedroom, and hot water but i didn't use them. Amelia was very responsive when i was asking questions and getting organized, and Nora did a great job with cleaning and even had a propane refill delivered within 15 min when i ran out while cooking dinner. This unit is in a complex with 8 others situated around a central pool. While i was there it was generally quiet but this could vary depending on neighbors. The pool furniture (not controlled by Amelia) is not at all comfortable to sit and chat or read. I see myself staying again in the future.

Nicely done ground floor 1bdrm unit in a quiet secure location. Easy walk to center city.

Nicely finished 1bdrm unit in a gated complex with a pool. Near center city without the noise of being IN center city. Staff is very friendly, would stay here again without hesitation.

Convient, Secure, and Beautiful

I have stayed in Granada many times. In hotels near Parque Centrale, near Lake Nicaragua and away from the town center. This apartment is my favorite place to stay. It is close enough to the center yet quiet and secure. The apartment is small but just right for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The pool is a wonderful place to relax after a long day of exploring the area.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

We stayed at Casa Amelie for two weeks and were very happy with the accommodations. The apartment had everything that we needed and was within walking distance to many local attractions, shops and restaurants. Especially appreciated was the pool and air conditioning where we could escape the extreme heat of Granada, after a long day of sightseeing. It was very quiet, with a big comfy bed and all the comforts of home!

New modern and clean one bedroom apartment

Enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very clean and adequate but small. Fully equipped kitchen, hot water in kitchen and bathroom shower. Walking distance to downtown Granada if you are a walker but, local taxis always available. I was picked up and returned to the Managua airport by Amelia's driver with no problem as I arrived at midnight and returned at 4 in the morning.

A lovely compact apartment, well appointed, set in a mini-paradise

This apartment was all I needed for a lovely vacation stay. Small, but very well appointed, not missing a single convenience. Set in a complex of nine units with a beautiful pool. Great securd entrance and a sweet overnight attendant always at your disposal. It was definetely a home away from home.

I recently bought a modern, well located, new construction, fully furnished Condo in the Charming City of Granada.

I was the owner of a travel agency in Granada and the experience made me a believer, I love Nicaragua, the people, the places, the food. Am a world traveller and I still love to come to Granada, go for a walk and enjoy the Colonial Architecture, the Colorful houses, enjoy the friendly people and the crazy as well! Go for a Gastronomic Adventure, visit little towns, and start a conversation with the locals.

I want you as my guest to have the same feeling I do when i'm home, I want you to enjoy, relax, and have the greatest memories of your trip.

In Nicaragua is all about family and friends, people is very welcome, language won't be a barrier as long as you can move your hands!.
