Tolle Unterkunft mit super Garten und direkt am Meer

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Villa mit ganz tollem Garten. Bis zum Meer sind es nur zwei Gehminuten. Die Ausstattung ist für 14 Personen absolut ausreichend. Besonders lobenswert ist die Kommunikation mit Sonia. Bei Anfragen und Problemen hat Sonia in wenigen Minuten geantwortet und sofort Hilfe geboten. Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön für den tollen Urlaub !

Erneut durften wir unser Ferien in diesem herrlichen Anwesen verbringen. Herr Jordi hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt haben. Nun freuen wir uns bereits aufs nächste Jahr!! Der Kontakt zu Frau Sonia funktioniert perfekt. Eigentlich wollten wir Sie dieses Jahr einmal persönlich kennen lernen, wir holen dies im 2017 nach.

Brilliant house and service

We had a great time during our recent holiday here. The house is very spacious with gated premises making it safe for the children. There is a fairly busy train track right outside the house but it we got accustomed after the first night so it did not bother us. As we visited in late March, we did not use the swimming pool but it would perfect for summer holidays. The views of Mediterranean sea from the house is spectacular. The beech is about 2 minutes walk away from the house and is almost like a private beach for the house. The beach is quite clean. It is a perfect holiday home for families. We would be more than happy to stay here again. And we would not have any hesitation recommending it to friends. A special mention to Sonia and Jordi who were very helpful whenever we needed their assistance.

Excellant views

Excellant scenery, with a great view of the beach. Excellant garden with a nice pool. visited with a group of 10. plenty of room, very spacious. A bit out of the way so a car is essential although there is a train platform not far from the house. Bad points- kitchen constantly had ants all over it. On the first night when we opened the cupboards it was full of ants.We managed to control there numbers with ant spray, but they were constantly around.Train line right outside the front gate, so a constant rumble of noise, although they stop around 11pm or so.After a while you get used to it.House enclosed so it was safe for the kids. House could do with being updated a bit old looking.Also only air con in one of the bedrooms upstairs , which made it warm at night. Pool could do with a handrail to walk into it, for sny older occupants. Great correspondance with sonia.Always quick to respond.On arrival the caretaker didnt speak english therefore he had to get a neighbour to translate. Overall nice location, amazing weather, nearest town of cambrills stunning, just pity about the ants.

Hello Barry and family thanks for visiting our home. About the train there's nothing we can do by the moment, i think in a couple of years i won't be there any more. The ants i will tell the cleaning ladies to pay attention to this, but whenever you leave a small piece of food they will come. I will take a look to see how can we put a handrail at the pool. We do update the home bit a bit, this year we changed the big windows at the living room and bought the outdoor furniture, last year we changed the kitchen…but the house is so big that we can't do it all in one time. Tolles Anwesen zum entspannen

Wir hatten den zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit Freunden in Montroig sehr genossen. Die Zahlungsmodalitäten und die Übergabe verliefen problemlos. Der große und sehr gepflegte Garten mit dem Pool sowie die Nähe zum Strand waren nicht nur für unsere Kinder perfekt. Der "fast private" Sandstrand, der in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zur Schienenstrecke und die Züge haben uns nicht gestört. Hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Miami Platja oder Cambrils,(wenige Autofahrminuten), vor allem Fisch. Cambrils bietet auch eine sehr gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Ausflüge nach Salou und Barcelona und das gute Wetter haben unseren wunderschönen Urlaub abgerundet. Das Haus könnte durch einen "Facelift" bei der Innenausstattung (z.B. Betten, Türen) aufgewertet werden. Auch Liegenauflagen am Pool und mehr Geschirrauswahl (bei größeren Gruppen) wären sinnvolle Austattungsergänzungen.

Vacaciones en Montroig

La casa está muy bien equipada y en primera linea de mar con un jardín muy acogedor y vistas al mar. La persona que nos recibió, Jordi, fue muy amable y explicó todo el funcionamiento con detalle. Totalemente recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones.

Vue splendide et accueil sympathique

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour familial à la villa de Mont Roig. Mr Lopez chargé de l'accueil était particulièrement disponible et prévenant. La maison et le jardin-piscine était idéale avec une magnifique vue sur la mer (située juste 50m plus bas). Elle est bien équipée tant cuisine (lave vaisselle, micro onde, 2 frigos, four, etc.) qu'à la buanderie. C'est vrai que la voie de chemin de fer passe à l'arrière de la maison mais cela ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure. Bref séjour réussi...

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben erneut zwei herrliche Wochen in der Villa verbringen dürfen. Der Zug hat uns nicht gestört, da wir gegen das Meer gelebt haben. Freundlicher Kontakt vor Ort durch Herr Lopez, alles hat wie abgemacht funktioniert. Wir freuen uns auf die nächsten Ferien in der Villa!

Déception

Magnifique maison, jardin parfaitement entretenu, vue splendide, c'est vrai MAIS bruit insupportable du train qui passe à 50 m de la maison (au moins 50 par 24 h nuit et jour et de plus ils sifflent en passant et font parfois vibrer la maison) piscine plus petite qu'annoncé, équipement de cuisine minimum pour 14 personnes (plaque de gaz vétuste, verres dépareillés etc), planche et fer à repasser absents. Absence de ventilateurs dans les chambres alors qu'on ne peut dormir que les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruit des trains. L'information sur ceux-ci avait été complètement minimisée lors de la demande de renseignements.

"Le train passe derrière la maison, celui-ci est spécifié dans la description de la maison. Lennui peut être ressenti que dans une chambre individuelle et un chambre double. Ce sont les pièces qui étaient autrefois pour le service, ce sont les plus petites. Nous avons des clients réguliers chaque année, linconvénient du train n’est pas important pour la plupart de nos clients. En ce qui concerne les ustensiles de cuisine, celui-ci a eté déjà résolu. Chaque hiver on fait des améliorations dans la villa pour son correct entretien,actuellement on est en train de rénover la cuisine."
