If you come like me from abroad please read this ! They don’t provide towel and sheet It was not listing on Vrbo it was a big surprise During checking the host wanted cash ( to avoid paying tax ) when I told then that it was not on the listing regarding towel and sheet they become agressive Also if you have dust allergie don’t book there There is dust everywhere on the top of every cabinet And there is no space to put your clothes and suitcases Last you have to do the cleaning yourself if people before you don’t really do it good you end up this a dirty place Yes the location is nice close to the beaches and the village I don’t recommend to book this place There is too much furniture in this little appartement duplex

Conforme dans l’ensemble à la description. Par contre il faudrait préciser que le parking n’est pas privatif , et que par conséquent pas toujours évident de trouver de la place à cette saison . Également que l’appartement est situé au 2ème étage , sans ascenseur, sans wifi et avec des travaux en face qui commencent à 7h du matin. Décoration agréable.

Great place

This is a lovely place. Very clean and cozy. Excellent location, minutes away from a fantastic beach and from a lovely ( and very friendly) bar, shops and restaurant.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kurzem Weg zum Meer viele kleine Buchten und viel neues zu entdecken. Auch zum Einkaufen ging es durch das romantische Städtchen einfach nur schön. Es gab Muscheln die ich noch nie gesehen habe.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir waren zu viert als Familie in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Wir konnten sogar nette nachbarschaftliche Kontakte knüpfen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die liebevolle Einrichtung und die Lage innerhalb der kleinen Ortschaft und zum Strand. Kinder.- und Elternschlafbereich sind mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt, was uns in keinster Weise gestört hat. Und auch sonst war die Größe der Wohnung für uns völlig ausreichend. Was wir im Inserat nicht lesen konnten ist, dass man die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher selbst mitbringen muss. Wir hatten dies zum Glück zufällig dabei, weil wir zuvor schon an einer anderen Station waren. Zudem: Die Endreinigung muss durch den Nutzer selbst am letzten Urlaubstag erledigt werden. auch dies ist natürlich nicht ungewöhnlich, war uns aber vorher nicht klar. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Que des points positifs pour ce petit appartement très joliment décoré.Cerise sur le gâteau...la gentillesse et réactivité des propriétaires ...que nous avons sollicité au cours de notre séjour afin de résoudre un "petit" problème logistique.Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Studio charmant, proche de la plage et du centre de Rothéneuf, arrêt bus tout proche en direction de la gare et de St Malo centre. Deux étages à monter.

Appartement tres comfortable aproximite des commercants et de la mer.

Le studio est vraiment tres comfortable, propre, avec un cuisine ouverte tres bien equippée et avec une decoration qui rend le sejour encore plus agréable. Les lits sont confortables. Le studio est tres bien placé, à proximité des commercants, de la pharmacie, de la plage et des rochers sculpte de Rotheneuf. Déplacement facile sur st malo intra muros et st malo gare en bus (arret situe a moins de 100 metres de l'apparetement). La communication avec le proprietaire s'effectue facilement. Location vivement recommandée.
