Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen, in einem wunderschön begrünten und gepflegten Hof. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einziger Mankel sind die schon etwas durchgelegenen Matratzen und die harten Kopfkissen. Großes Lob an die Vermieterin Isabel. Sie war immer zu erreichen und hat bei Anfragen sofort reagiert.

Lovely tranquil place close to amenities and sights

Couldn't really fault anything, only possible thing is that as we stayed for 9 days we would have preferred an oven/grill instead of the dishwasher that we didn't use. We did however manage on the two cooking rings and microwave oven. Would definitely return for another stay.

Grâce à l'emplacement(on peut tout faire à pied !) au confort au calme et à la propriétaire (ou gérante?) très arrangeante! Petit bémol: Il manque une lampe à côté du canapé(pour une lumiére plus intime…je pense qu'il y en avait une qui a dû être cassée mais pas remplacée)

An oasis of calm in the heart of the city.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in the heart of the city just a five minute walk from Setas and ten/fifteen from the Cathedral and Alcazar. Conveniently there is a small grocery 100m away for all your shopping needs. Despite its location, the Corral itself is an oasis of calm and tranquility and a welcome relief from the bustle of the city. Every morning we ate our breakfast on the balcony listening to the fountain. The apartment itself is comfortable and well equipped. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Patio superbe et appartement très agréable

L'accueil d'Isabel est chaleureux et ponctuel. Notre hotesse était prête à rendre service. Après des journées riches mais f atigantes, un vrai bonheur de rentrer au corral del Conde au milieu des fleurs et des oiseaux. Lieu particulièrement calme et près de tous les lieux historiques. En bref nous avons passé une semaine 'estupenda'

Calme, fraîcheur et confort....à deux pas du centre historique de Séville.

Ce n'est que lorsque Isabel,la charmante, discrète et efficace propriétaire, vous ouvre l'imposante porte qui donne sur la rue, puis la grille en fer forgé qui donne sur le patio central arboré et fleuri...que vous découvrez les appartements du "Corral del Conde"...et que vous "sentez" que vous allez passer un excellent séjour. La visite de l'appartement confirme cette impression: peintures et salle de bain récemment refaites, la climatisation encore bien utile cette 1° semaine de septembre, tout le nécessaire pour prendre ses repas si souhaité, dormir au propre et au calme... à deux pas du centre historique que nous avons visité à pieds...ainsi que des fameux bars à tapas !! (El Reconcillo notamment...). Parfait pour un couple. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Marie-France et Claude (6-13 septembre 2018)

Piso reformado en un entorno inmejorable.

Hemos pasado unos dias maravillosos en Sevilla. El corral del Conde es un remanso de paz dentro de la ciudad. El piso lo han reformado con muy buen gusto y es muy cómodo para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. La casera es una persona muy amable. Nada malo que decir.

Una posizione fantastica

Un corral del 16° secolo, un'oasi nel centro della città. L'appartamento ha qualche pecca, in generale avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco, un esempio la tv non ha canali esteri e in un luogo vocato al turismo non è il massimo; la lavastoviglie è rotta; e altre piccole cose. La posizione è vicina a tutto a portata di camminata.
