Comfortable apartment

The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It was quiet and looked out on to pretty gardens. It is on the second floor, with no lift, and the balcony is very small, and gets no sun as it is tucked in a north-facing corner. We had problems getting the key, as we assumed we would be met at the apartment. However, you have to go round the side of the building at the entrance to the door marked 'Secours' and press the bell. Also, the hot water hadn't been turned on so we had to wait until the following morning for the tank to fill up. The bathroom could do with a bit of updating, especially the bath taps. However, it wasn't bad value for money. Villers sur Mer centre is about 10 minutes walk, and is very pretty.

A very enjoyable stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property in Villers Sur Mer. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The complex is quiet and beautifully landscaped and the village of Villers Sur Mer is very picturesque with plenty of restaurants and a small amount of shopping. The local Carrefour City has everything needed for day to day needs. We are not proficient at speaking or understanding French (our problem) and had a little confusion on arrival as there are security gates at the entrance, but discovered that there is another entrance at the rear of the complex which is open. We would definitely recommend this property.

appartement idéal

Cet appartement est très bien équipé dans un environnement calme et verdoyant . Il y a une place de parking réservée ,ce que nous recherchons toujours lorsque nous louons . Le centre de Villers est proche et il est donc inutile de prendre son véhicule pour rejoindre le centre ville . Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement. MC et JY Peyragrosse

AGREABLE ET CONFORTABLE

Logement agréable et propre, confortable, bien équipé, facile d'accès avec place de parking. Vue agréable du séjour avec petit balcon mais peu ensoleillé (orienté Nord). TNT capricieuse. Peut-être trop de mobilier ? Résidence assez calme dans l'ensemble. Bon séjour de l'Ascension avec le soleil.

FONCTIONNEL mais....

appartement charmant, dans une jolie résidence , au calme nous sommes en mars). Nous n avons hélas pas eu une météo très favorable, donc lecture dans le canapé, peu confortable.....QUANT à la literie elle est à changer, cela fait un trou au milieu....les 2 premières nuits furent pénibles, mais malgré tout nous sommes repartis le dos démoli.... Bel accueil par la concierge qui nous a dirigée vers le restaurant "LA GOGAILLE" excellent rapport qualité-prix pour une cuisine maison extra, Voilà Bien dans l ensemble, il est vrai que la salle de bain étant avec une sous-pente, prendre une douche n est pas chose aisée, rien de bien grave. Un bon point pour le parking gratuit en bas.

La description correspond à la réalité. L'appartement est bien agencé pour 2 personnes. Au delà il risque d'être un peu juste. Nous avons été accueilli sans soucis par la fille de la concierge. L'appartement était propre et à proximité des commerces et de la plage en 15 mn à pied. La salle de bain mériterait d'être mise au goût du jour, mais rien de bien grave.

Appartement bien agencé où nous avons passés un agréable week-end de l'ascension, propriétaire à l'écoute et sympathique, toutes les commodités à pieds (plage, centre ville avec ces restaurants et petit commerce) en plus cet appartement ce trouve dans un domaine très calme. Séjour réussi et très agréable

L'appartement très propre est idéalement situé près de la ville et des commerces dans un endroit très calme au milieu d'un parc magnifique très bien entretenu. La description de la location est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. je la recommanderai sans problème à un ami. La petite auberge située à quelques pas de la résidence est vraiment très bien les propriétaires sont très agréables et nous y avons très bien mangé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le marché de Villers-sur-Mer.
