Seaview cozy penthouse 300m walk to the beach, large terrace. Center Village.

Located in the very center of the village, you have a large terrace faceing the sea of Corsica. You see ferries arriveing and departing, at night you see the lighthous from Bonifacio. Only 300 meters from the sand beach of Rena Bianca that you can easily reach by feet throuh a nearby stairway. The shuttle bus stop to Capo Testa beach is just a few steps away. Perfect accommodation for not using the car.
Apt. is completely equipped, dishwasher, loundrymachine, phon, iron, owen... A queen bed in the bedroom, a really confortable queen sofa-bed in the livingroom. Kitchen is apart. From terrace you have a general overview of the citycenter, all pubs, shops, facilities are... just downstairs. Apt. is always fresh, no mosquitos at all. You can have dinner in the terrace and watch events takeing place in the piazza. You have to reach the 3d floor by stairs, but the efford is paied off!

Beautiful place to stay in Santa Teresa

Everything was fine. The checkin was easy an the host was super friendly and helpful. The penthouse is in the middle of the city. The beach is wonderful. But you have to accept that there is much noise in July/ August around the piazza. So if you need to sleep early it could be a challenge.

Schönes Appartement in Top Lage

Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben, Top Lage, schöne große Dachterrasse, herrlicher Blick bis Korsika. Allerdings gibt es kein 2. separates Schlafzimmer, sondern Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa. Wohnung ist absolut zentral gelegen am Hauptplatz von Santa Teresa, daher auch nachts sehr lebhaft.

ottima posizione

casa pulita completa di lavatrice lavastoviglie e ogni cosa possa rendere più agevole il soggiorno, la terrazza sovrasta la piazza principale ci permetteva di cenare indisturbati godento di una stupenda vista. la titolare gentilmente ci ha lasciato a disposione anche lenzuola e asciugamani (che non erano previsti da contratto) in più è stata molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di restare nel appartamento fino all' momento del nostro imbarco, unicà pecca qualche rampa di scala per raggiungerlo,ma ne vale veramente la pena visto il panorama

Posizione e vista ottima ma situazione alloggiativa insufficiente

Posizione centrale e vista mare come da descrizione ma per il resto la casa lasciava molto da desiderare. Mobili e armadi puzzavano di muffa e praticamente inutilizzabili, abbiamo dovuto comprare degli asciugamani perché mancavano nonostante sul sito ci fosse scritto “biancheria fornita” il barbecue era arrugginito è inutilizzabile, poi a causa del forte vento la copertura del terrazzo si è staccata ma nessuno ha provveduto a ripararla pertanto non abbiamo potuto più usufruire del terrazzo. Un vero peccato

Vista mare da ogni finestra .

La casa è molto carina ed è proprio come descritta , la terrazza ha una vista fantastica con, da una parte la piazza principale di Santa Teresa e proprio di fonte il mare e Bonifacio. Nonostante la posizione centralissima non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovare un parcheggio vicino a casa e la spiaggia Rena Bianca che è bellissima a neanche 5 minuti . Nel complesso siamo stati davvero benissimo .

Agréable séjour

L apartement est très bien située . Proche de la mer en plein centre tout peut être fait à pied. Il est très agréable de pouvoir déjeuné ou dîner sur la terrasse. L appartement est spacieux et bien agencé ( il manque peut être un peu de vaisselle ) Catarina est venu nous accueillir et est tres à l écoute ( problème de gaz un appel à Caterina et on est venu nous dépanner) un grand merci de sa disponibilité . Deux remarques: il n y a pas de wifi dans l apart mais un petit réseau gratuit sur la place et à la plage ( l office du tourisme n'a plus de partenariat avec un opérateur pour avoir un accès payant) Les soirées sur la place et les restos qui mettent la musique forte et tard peut être gênant. Je garde un tres bon souvenir de ce séjour. Je recommande l appartement et la Sardaigne ou tous le monde c est montrer très accueillants.

Bello e comodo

Appartamento come da descrizione pulito e con tutti i confort che servono durante una vacanza. Bellissima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima Rena Bianca e in centro. L ampio terrazzo era ottimo per poter cenare o fare la griglia e si poteva guardare tutti gli spettacoli senza nemmeno uscire ( molto comodo per noi avendo una bimba di 13 mesi). L unica pecca forse sono i 60 gradini ma forse solo per noi che dovevamo farli 4 volte al giorno. Nel complesso il giudizio e' ottimo.
