Vacances parfaites

Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques. La vie à la montagne offre des trésors qu'il faut apprécier. Roberto et sa femme vous accueillent chaleureusement et vous proposent plusieurs produits de leur production qu'il faut goûter. La terrasse et la vue sont superbes. Si vous aimez la montagne, la Toscane, les bons produits locaux (lait, fromages, jambon, vin, viande, ...) alors vous êtes au bon endroit ! De superbes villes comme Florence, Cortona, Arezzo, Camaldoli sont à visiter ainsi que le château de Poppi qui n'est pas très loin.

Belle propriété avec une vue á couper le souffle! Idéale pour laisser gambader les enfants. Calme assuré. Maison spacieuse, équipement ok mais sans plus, c'est l'extérieur qui en fait tout l'intérêt. Contact avec les animaux Accueil très très sympathique des propriétaires

Che bel posto!

6322188 Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana. Eravamo tre famiglie con bimbi ed era adatta ai nostri bisogni. La casa era pratica e piacevole. I proprietari erano molto discreti e simpaticissimi. L'immobile era pulito e in buono stato. Consiglio questo posto a chi ama il calma, la foresta, la pace. La macchina è necessaria perchè non ci sono negozi vicino. Auguro a tutti di passare una bellissima vacanza li, e ringraziamo ancora Alicia e Roberto per l'accoglienza, e la gentillezza.

Séjour à San Niccolo

Nous avons apprécié le calme de ce gite et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé les animaux présents (chèvres, âne, poules, chien) et nous avons pu déguster des produits de la ferme. La montagne est très belle dans ce coin très isolé de nature (Il faut bien une heure pour rejoindre Florence ou Arrezzo). Gite parfait pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme!

"Maison très agréable dan...

"Maison très agréable dans un très bel environnement. bien équipée pour les loisirs. Il faut aimer être isolé en pleine nature. très beau paysage.En été, la température a toujours été agréable, les nuits étaient fraîches. Inconvénient :pour les visites à Florence, Sienne ou autre, il faut d''abord faire faire quelques km de routes de montagne. Accueil très sympathique. "

"Abbiamo, insieme alla mia famiglia trascorso una settimana in questa bellissima casa, molto curata nell''arredamento, ottima la pulizia, e ottimo il silenzio..Casa molto spaziosa con belle camere grandi, e dotata di tutti i confort, e attrezzature nella cucina.Lo spazio esterno altrettanto bello, funzionale, e molto rilassante..con diversi spazi, dove poter mangiare all''aperto, riposarsi, e divertirsi in piscina....inoltre c''e un'' area relax, con idromassaggio,sauna...veramente delizioso, soprattutto rilassante ...proprio oook!!! I proprietari molto simpatici, disponibili.. ci siamo trovati bene con loro fin dall''inizio...Casa , e non solo veramente da consigliare, noi siamo stati benissimo....."

"Hemos pasado unas estupe...

"Hemos pasado unas estupendas vacaciones en la Toscana que ninguno de los amigos con los que hemos hecho el viaje conocía. Hemos podido visitar Florencia, Siena, San Gimignano y Volterra. Claro que 5 dias, son pocos. La casa nos gusto mucho, estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Las vistas son espectaculares y los propietarios educados y dispuestos siempre a darte buenos consejos. El hecho de estar practicamente dentro de un bosque, lo hace ideal para aquellos que aman la naturaleza o desean hacer senderismo. Lo recomendamos a todo aquel que desee visitar la Toscana, estando en un lugar relajado, en contacto con la naturaleza."

"Notre séjour a La Magnan...

"Notre séjour a La Magnana fut parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons attéri à Florence et avons loué une voiture pour nous rendre dans ce charmant Bed and Breakfast. Il est vrai que Florence n''est pas tout à côté du Castel San Niccolo mais les paysages sont époustouflants. Le trajet n’est pas si long, vous pouvez le vérifier sur le site Michelin. Je ne connaissais pas la Toscane mais je n''imaginais pas un tel depaysement. La villa se situe dans un parc national entre la Toscane et la Ombrie donc assez central par rapport aux villes d''art importantes. Ce qui nous a le plus marqué était la nature aux alentours. On se trouvait à l''orée d''un bois, donc ceux qui aiment les promenades en pleine nature seront ravis. Tous les matins, en me réveillant, j''avais le plaisir d''ouvrir la fenêtre de ma chambre et d''admirer la vue sur la vallée. Il y également pas mal d''excursions à faire dans le coin. Je vous conseille le Prato Magno et le monastère de La Verna (à voir absolument!) entre autres. En ce qui concerne l''état de la maison, je dirai qu''elle est très propre et bien entretenue. L''équipement cité sur le site web des propriétaires est au complet. Les propriétaires sont un jeune couple parlant différentes langues, sympathiques et toujours prêts à faire plaisir. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec eux. En résumé, je conseille vivement cet endroit à tous types de personne. "

La casa como tal está muy...

La casa como tal está muy bien, cómoda y silenciosa. Las fotos corresponden a la realidad. Y los propietarios, cordiales. Sólo pondría una pega, la del extremado aislamiento. Si quieres disfrutar del entorno más cercano, bien, pero si deseas explorar más la Toscana, la cosa se complica. Para salir a la autopista, por cualquiera de los dos puntos de acceso, te llevaba una hora. Y una sugerencia: Incluir en el precio total el extra del gasto de la electricidad, haciendo una estimación previa de la media. De ese modo no nos llevariamos la sorpresa de "haber sido atracados" al cobrarnos 70 euros por sólo 13 días, y eso sin haber usado ni el spa, y habiendo puesto un par de lavadoras. Más que lo que pago yo en mi casa por dos meses.
