In the hamlet Borgo La Cella 2 km from the centre of Pian di Scò, 45 km from the centre of Firenze, 45 km from the centre of Arezzo, in an elevated position on a slope. For shared use: swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 300 m long narrow motor access. Width of access road: 230 cm. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Figline Valdarno" 10 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
4-room semi-detached house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Rustic beauty

If you are looking for a Tuscan holiday home away from the madding crowd this is it. Despite being a very peaceful place it is convenient for local shops and train station. A good base for exploring. The property is very well equipped and perfectly clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Instructions for finding it could be better. Should note the track to the property is opposite little chapel but does not look like a road. (Satnav makes it look like a road)

Die Außenanlage ist toll! Mehrere Terrassen, ein großer Garten mit Pfirsichbäumen und der Pool laden zum verweilen ein. Unser Haus war gemütlich und toll ausgestattet, die Betten sind top und der Blick auf das Tal atemberaubend!

Geniales, rustikales Landhaus-Ambiente in Mitten von Olivenhainen. Voll funktional ausgestattete Küche ( Waschmaschine / Trockner/ Gasherd/ Kühl-gefrierschrank/Waschmaschine) Alles super sauber. Ob Garten oder überdachte Terrasse, es gibt immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Sehr gepflegtes Aussengelände mit Pool inclusive Beleuchtung. Sehr unaufdringlich und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der Deutsch und Italienisch spricht und gute Tipps für Unternehmungen geben kann. Sehr schöne Ausgangslage fürs Wander

Sehr rustikales Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Das Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sehr rustikal, gut ausgestattet, die Aussicht fantastisch. Der Pool ist gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leuke, rustige plek. Neem wel een kussentje mee om op de houten ligbanken te leggen aan het zwembad.Eigenaar spreekt wat Engels, woont op domein maar houdt zich wat afzijdig. in huisje was alles aanwezig. In dorp lekkere pizzeria en op 10 km meerdere mogelijkheden om lekker/gezelig te eten. Reistips: Arezzo, firenze, sienna, ...Wijn proeven/kopen op de chianti wijnroute

Eine sehr idyllische, toskanis...

Eine sehr idyllische, toskanische Unterkunft in herrlicher, sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden) richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt – eine richtige Wohlfühloase !!!! Herrlich zum erholen und relaxen !!! Kann man nur weiter empfehlen!! Reisetipps: Eine wunderbare Region von der aus man alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Chiantigebiet, Sienna, Florenz, Arrezo etc.) gut erreichen kann.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll. Es stimmt genau mit der Beschreibung überein.Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es ist alles auf einander abgestimmt und gibt somit den gewissen Flair.In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden,was man so zum Kochen braucht.Der Hausherr und seine Familie sind sehr sympathisch und haben immer ein offenes Ohr, wenn man eine Frage hat, sei es eine Frage zum Einkaufen oder ein Ausflugsziel.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
