A newly built house offers holiday accommodation ; the house is on a private estate of 2000m2 and is only 800m from the beach in Caños de Meca. the house can accommodate a group of 5 people. The house has an entry porch, a lawned area and a barbecue. The parking area is at the front of the house. The house is comfortable and designed to be the ideal holiday house for a beach holiday on a stretch of coast which has more than 25km of stunning unspoilt sandy beaches that go from La Mangueta to Zahara de los Atunes, and passing through Caños de Meca. Opposite the house there are wonderful views over green countryside – the regional park of la Breña and the Marismas de Barbate, that encircle the village and sweep down to the sea opposite the popular cliffs Acantilado del Tajo. The two ports represent the two faces of the sea: the leisure port is symbolic of the passage between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Seas and the fishing port which is a symbol of the tradition and culture of the la Almadraba.

Buenas vacaciones muy calurosas

La casa y las instalaciones estupendas. La ubicación súper bien. Solo que en el anuncio reseñaban que la casa tenía un baño completo y un aseo y solo había un baño completo. Fuimos con ola de calor y pasamos mucho calor. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Solo en el salón y hay que meter 1€ por dos horas. El resto genial!!!

nett, alles vorhanden, im Winter etwas kühl und windig

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Leider ist der Strand zu Fuß recht weit weg. Dafür stehen zum Glück zwei Fahrräder bereit. Wenig Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Nächste Orte mit Strandcafe´s Barbate und Conil. Für Heizung/Klimaanlage muss man extra bezahlen (1 Euro für 2 Stunden). Das sollte in der Beschreibung stehen.

Casa Guemon an der Costa de la Luz

Wir haben diese Casa im November für 12 Tage gemietet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und die Kommunikation mit Juan, dem Vermieter, war hervorragend. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt wenngleich es abends schon sehr kalt wurde. Man sollte vielleicht beachten, dass Restaurants und Strandbars im November vielfach schon geschlossen haben.

Haus in schöner parkähnlicher Umgebung.

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und erfüllt alle Anforderungen für einen ruhigen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Dank der guten und stabilen Internetverbindung über WLAN lassen sich mittels IPad und TV auch deutsspachige Fernsehsender ansehen. Die Lage des Hauses sollte in der FeWo Lagekarte unbedingt korrigiert werden da man sonst das Haus an einer ganz falscher Stelle sucht.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub und der Standort ist ideal um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Vermieter hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und hat sich um Probleme (Wifi funktionierte anfangs nicht) sofort gekümmert. Dieses Haus kann man zu 100 % empfehlen.

Perfektes Haus auch für lange Ferien

Wir waren Mitte Oktober mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen in dem Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders unsere Kinder fanden den Paddelball Platz besser als einen Pool. Haus und Anlage mit zwei weiteren Häusern sind ausserordentlich gepflegt und sehr sicher - auch für ganz kleine Kids. Der kleine Supermarkt um die Ecke sorgt für frische Brötchen am Morgen, was will man mehr. Einzig ein kleines Radio wäre nett, denn über den Fernseher Musik zu hören ist ungewohnt. Der Vermieter ist übrigens sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Sehr schöne gepflegte Casa

Die Casa und die ganze Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefüllt. Es war toll mit den Fahrrädern, die zum Haus gehören, zum Strand zu fahren und zu den Restaurants in Zahora. Außerdem ist es ein idealer Standort, um mit dem Auto die Gegend zu erkunden. Es waren wunderschöne Wochen und wir kommen gern wieder her und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

El dueño de la Casa Juan es una persona talentosa, siempre disponible para cualquier solicitud.la típica casa andaluza y equipadas con todas las comodidades, desde el aparcamiento privado con entrada independiente, jardín privado con barbacoa, mesas, sillas y mucho más.el Interior de la casa se mantiene bien con la decoración típica andaluza, equipada con 2 dormitorios, amplio living comedor, cocina, cuarto de baño.tiene a su disposición exterior, mesa de ping pong y cancha de tenis privada, ya equipados con raquetas y bolas.Usted puede ir a las playas de caños de meca y Zahora directamente a pie, zona que le impresionó la belleza.

Very good address on the Costa de la luz

We had a great week in this house. This one is the further from the road so that it was very calm. Juan Carlos kindly lent 3 bikes so that we could reach the beach in 10 min. Our boys were too small to enjoy the paddle court and the ping pong table but they enjoyed the swing. We will for sure come back when they grow up. Thanks again to Juan C

vacaciones con encanto

La descripción del anuncio era tal como la definían entorno maravilloso playas estupendas y el propietario es una persona afable, encantadora , te informa sobre la zona y siempre dispuesta ante cualquier duda que te surgiera .La casa estaba muy limpia con todas las comodidades . Fui con mis hijos (17 Y 20) y quedaron encantados, la recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera desconectar y relajarse en un entorno maravilloso.

Hemos pasado 10 días estu...

Hemos pasado 10 días estupendos, nuestro perro ha disfrutado mucho con todo el espacio para correr y jugar. A la casa no le falta detalle y está muy bien situada para conocer toda la zona, desde Zahara de los Atunes a Conil.

"Estuvimos una semana en esta casa y todo lo que podemos decir es positivo. Un diez en limpieza y estado. El jardín estupendo, con dos cenadores en los que tomar algo, cenar... Abitazione splendida con ampio giardino esterno (per la gioia dei bambini) tutto funzionale. Il proprietario Juan Carlos simpatico attento e premuroso. Ottima la posizione,sia per rilassarsi che per girare e visitare la costa della luce.
