Summer Vacation

We had an excellent stay in the south of France for our family vacation. The pool was great and the region was absolutely fantastic. So many wonderful things to see. It was a central location to a lot of the region. The home had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend it!

La villa est effectivement très calme. Cela est du à son emplacement dans une impasse (les villas du golf) au sein du domaine de Pont Royal. A l'année prochaine, avec plaisir.

Fantastisch verblijf

Mooi huis, alles voorzien. Gezien het hele warme weer ideaal met airconditioning en verwarmd zwembad. Ideaal voor gezin met kinderen/tieners. Wekelijks onderhoud van tuin en zwembad door professionals. Mooie locatie om verschillende uitstappen te maken in de omgeving. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad.

Een aanrader om naar toe te gaan. We hebben een mooie week gehad met het gezin. Huis was super netjes en ruim en gezellig ingericht. Samen met het mooie schone zwembad en de tafeltennistafel ingrediënten voor een fijne vakantie in dit huis. Goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse steden en dorpjes. Ook middag kano gehuurd en gefietst.

VACANCES EN FAMILLE

Villa située dans un environnement magnifique,à la fois paisible et agréable à vivre. Elle est dans un écrin de verdure grâce au golf et en plus sécurisée par le poste de garde à l'entrée. La villa est conforme à la description faîte par M. Saint-Eve. Une villa tout confort, l'intérieur comme les extérieurs sont bien entretenus. Le personnel est sympathique et efficace. Le pisciniste est intervenu 2 fois durant la semaine ainsi que le jardinier qui est passé une fois et à chaque fois en toute discrétion. M. Saint-Eve est à la fois à l'écoute et disponible. Une location que nous recommandons et bien évidemment nous reviendrons.

Superb villa

We’re two couples who holiday every year in France and this was the best villa that we have stayed in! Beautiful furnishings, well equipped kitchen, excellent heated pool, the quietest aircon (on night mode) we’ve ever known, very quiet neighbourhood and plenty of shaded area when the temperature rose to 37 degrees! Nicolas is very quick to respond to any questions before the stay and everything went smoothly! After days out sightseeing it was great to return have a swim and relax. We ate every meal al fresco under the shaded veranda (pads on the outside chairs would be a bonus but didn’t really matter). If you are looking for a quiet area but still within easy reach of places such as St Remy, Aix-en-Provence, Les Baux then we would thoroughly recommend this villa! Fabulous!

We recently spent 2 weeks in this wonderful house and all our expectations were exceeded.

I would rate all aspects of this rental as 5 stars from the first moment we enquired about the house to the day that we left. The responsiveness of both the owner, Pascal Saint-Eve, and the caretaker on site, Madame Derrien, is unrivaled. All questions are answered immediately and when there, Madame Derrien will call around at a moments notice if you have a question. We are a family of 4 (with 2 boys aged 9 and 11) and the house was the perfect size and fully equipped for our needs. The house itself is on one level and the main living area has wonderful high ceilings with beams which adds a very spacious feel to the area. The description of the house / pool is also very accurate. The house has proper air-conditioning built in (as opposed to mobile units that other houses in the area have) and the pool has a very pleasant temperature and is kept very clean - thanks to the regular appearance of the pool guy and the automatic cover that can be used to keep everything out at night or when windy. The location of this house, in a golf complex, is ideal. The house is a 2 minute walk to the 6 hole practice course / driving range / putting green area and a 2 minute drive to the international Seve Ballesteros designed golf course. You can rent everything on site so ideal for golf fans - and between both courses all levels are catered for. There are of course other facilities / restaurants in the complex that can be used but our boys just wanted to use the pool / grill in the evenings - ideal after a day sight seeing or playing golf. This is our 5th stay in the south of France, each time renting houses in similar price brackets, and I can honestly say that this was the best experience (all round) so far - so much so that we have already booked the house again for a couple of weeks next summer!

La Villa les Arcades, une destination pour des vacances réussies en Provence

Merci de cette très belle Villa. Le descriptif en est fidèle et les photos ne mentent pas. La villa est très bien équipée y compris pour les jeunes enfants. Pour la cinquième année, nous nous sommes reposés, au calme, au sein de la villa les arcades. Vu la canicule, en juin 2017, l'air conditionné sur l'ensemble de villa a été apprécié. Le patio extérieur est accueillant. La cuisine et la salle à manger, ainsi que le salon sont organisés pour un confort maximum. La piscine est superbe (8x4), bien exposée et sécurisée par un volet automatisé. Une villa confortable, très bien équipée, idéalement située au sein du domaine de loisirs et de golf de Pont Royal à proximité du Lubéron, des Alpilles. Que demander de plus ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.
