Independent house (for 6 people, even 10 with surcharge) face sea (view of 180 degrees), with enclosed garden and access to a beach (20m), near shops (800m).
On the ground floor, the open kitchen, the living room of 42m2 as well as the two large terraces (South-East and West) offer a superb view on the sea.
Upstairs, you will find 2 small rooms facing the sea, with balcony, and EAST side (very pleasant in the morning), a double room and a room of water with TOILET.
The exceptional location of the house makes it possible to feel 'in touch' with the sea permanently.
If required, possibility of renting the contiguous extension for 2 to 4 additional persons (30% surcharge). This one includes a room of life of 20m2 high of ceiling with view on sea (kitchenette, corner meal, corner living room) + a room of 12m2 with double bed and big cupboard + a room of water with TOILET.

Un site d'exception

Maison placée en bord de mer, on y profite de paysages changeants toute la journée, au gré des marées. Les balades sur le sentier sont très agréables. Couchers de soleil magnifiques. Tout à disposition dans cette maison où notre séjour a été très agréable. Nous reviendrons.

Superschöne Lage direkt am Strand

Es ist ein tolles Haus an einer wirklich schönen Lage direkt am Strand. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet innen ebenso wie auch im Garten. Auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten: atemberaubende Natur und historische Städte wie St. Malo und Dinan in der Nähe. Eine Wanderung bei Ebbe rund um die Insel "île des Ebihens" ist umbedingt zu empfehlen.

Une vue merveilleuse

Cette maison offre une vue magnifique sur la côte près de Saint Jacut. La maison est très agréable à vivre et permet de profiter pleinement de la vue, de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur. La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée et on s'y sent comme chez soi. Le contact avec les propriétaires s'est déroulé agréablement. Une adresse à recommander sans aucun doute.

Superbe maison face à la mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison à la vue imprenable et aux couchers de soleil en grand écran. Dans un rayon de 20 kms, il a énormément de choses à visiter (Dinard, Cancale, Dinan, Cap Fréhel...). Très bon accueil de nos hôtes qui avaient visiblement à coeur que nous ne manquions de rien.

Wonderful house with amazing views

The house was excellent and clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the house was incredible and you could never get tired of watching the ever changing scene. St Jacut is a lovely area and close to St Malo and Dinan or Dinard. There is lots to do in the area. The beach across the road is lovely and there are lots to choose nearby. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend La Goelette for a reasonably priced meal. Would definitely book this house again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your holiday home.

Vacation in paradise

The house was one of the few objects we ever booked where the advertisement was almost an understatement compared to reality. Perfect location of the house with direct sea veiw and direct access to the beach. Even on very hot days, there was always a fresh breeze. The house was both very tastefully and comfortably furnished, and also very functional and easy to maintain. We moved in and felt like home from the very first minute. The village St. Jucut is small and calm, but has everything you need on a day-to-day basis (restaurants, cafes, super market), and it is very close to larger towns (Dinard, Dinan, St. Malo). For us one of the nicest areas of Brittany.

Un seul mot : génial. La vue est à couper le souffle et l accès à la plage immédiat.

Séjour superbe malgré une météo un peu capricieuse. Maison spacieuse et lumineuse dans un très beau site. Tout est fait pour que les vacanciers se sentent comme chez eux. Je recommande vivement ce bel endroit.

Maison très agréable avec sa vue splendide. Nous avons pu vivre aux rythmes des marées et admirer toutes ces magnifiques couleurs. Idéalement située pour se ressourcer. Le gros point fort, sa terrasse couverte derrière la maison, qui nous a permis de manger dehors malgré des températures un peu fraiche. Traumurlaub

Wir (Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern) haben einen perfekten Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Straße, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz. Die Lage des Dorfes ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, man ist schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region, der Ort selbst ist aber angenehm ruhig. Das Beste aber war für uns der Blick von der Terrasse, wir haben jeden Abend dort gesessen und den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang betrachtet. Andere hielten extra an, um vor dem Haus Fotos vom Sonnenuntergang zu machen... Insgesamt können wir dieses Haus mit seiner Lage und Ausstattung also uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir werden es wieder buchen!
