A fabulous house is a great location

The house has the feel of a family home and we all felt very much at ease there. We spent a lot of time sitting in the garden; very peaceful. St Jacut is a quiet village and the peninsula is wonderful. Beaches on every side. The tidal range is huge so you may walk to the sea some days. Excellent for water sports.We will mist certainly return. I'm amazed that we had discovered the area before.Many thanks Richard!

10/10 -- We had a stunning time in 'La Richardais'!The house is absolutely beautiful, offers lots of light and generous space and oozes an atmosphere of laid-back luxury. Everything is of good quality and well-maintained: The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, there ist sufficient hot water for five adults to have a shower and even the garden furniture is extremely comfortable. The beautiful garden is completely private - we enjoyed most of our meals outside. Communication with the owners was very swift, professional and friendly. The lady in charge on location was delightful, too. I cannot think of anything we did not like, other than having to reluctantly leave at the end of our 15 days. It was easily one of the nicest places we have ever rented and we absolutely hope to return.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war mit Ausnahme des Wetters in der zweiten Woche (😀) perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und in der gut ausgestatteten KĂŒche viel gekocht und den herrlichen Holzgrill genutzt.

Oase

Haus und Garten sind wunderschön großzĂŒgig und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Ein optimaler RĂŒckzugsort. Leider war das Haus sehr ausgekĂŒhlt bei der Anreise. Wir mussten uns erst einmal selbst mit dem Heizsystem auseinandersetzen, bevor wir eine angenehme Raumtemperatur hatten. Hinzu kam, dass wir drei Tage kein warmes Wasser hatten. Erst nach mehrmaliger RĂŒckfrage wurde klar, welche Sicherungen wir einschalten mussten, um warm duschen zu können. Das war nicht so professionell, wie man es bei einem solchen Mietobjekt hĂ€tte erwarten können.

Une belle villa, un magnifique jardin, séjour trÚs agréable

Une maison avec beaucoup de cachet, trÚs spacieuse et confortable. Un jardin qui s'apparente davantage à un petit parc, avec de belles plantations et un salon de jardin haut de gamme. Le tout est trÚs bien situé. La personne en charge de gérer le séjour est disponible et particuliÚrement courtoise.

Amazing location, stunning home

Easily the absolute highlight of our entire trip. Quick access to the beach, easy secure parking, very communicative and informative host, and most importantly for me, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in that wasn’t my own. We will absolutely be back and would recommend it without any reservations whatsoever.

Ein Bretonischer Traum

Alles prima - fast: Internet mehrere Tage nicht da. Techniker ist aber sofort gekommen und hat sich bemĂŒht, leider ohne Erfolg. StromausfĂ€lle hat er regeln können. Insgesamt haben wir alle 9 Personen uns sehr gut gefĂŒhlt in diesem wunderschönen und gepflegten Haus mit seiner tollen Gartenanlage.

Lovely stay in St Jacut

The house was very nice in a lovely garden close to everything. We hardly used the cars except to go to the supermarche. We had two very young children with us and the house was perfect for all our needs. Lovely beaches close by and nice walks particularly at low tide. Thank you Isabelle.

Beautiful!

Lovely little village in Bretagne- in the village itself are not so many shops or restaurants, but several villages nearby offer a lot of choice. The house offers a large kitchen & garden and plenty of space inside as well. Would definitely recommend it!

Nous avons passĂ© les rĂ©veillons de NoĂ«l et du Nouvel An dans des conditions idĂ©ales en famille et entre amis. Chacun a trouvĂ© son espace pour se dĂ©tendre, s'amuser et profiter des beaux volumes de la maison.L'accueil est parfait avec une grande gentillesse et souplesse pour l’arrivĂ©e comme pour le dĂ©part. La localisation est admirable Ă  deux pas du bourg, des plages et la mer. Un havre de paix !

Exceptionnel

Saint-Jacut est vraiment un coin merveilleux de la France. La mĂ©tĂ©o peut ĂȘtre capricieuse mais cela ne perturbe pas le sĂ©jour. Les paysages sont aussi beaux avec des nuages dans le ciel qu'illuminĂ©s de soleil. Les bains de mer sont dĂ©licieux Ă  marĂ©e haute. Et les promenades Ă  pied Ă  marĂ©e basse jusqu'aux Ăźles HĂ©bihens sont un rĂ©gal. Et il y a tant de sites magnifiques Ă  dĂ©couvrir alentour. La maison est remarquablement conçue. L'enfilade des espaces de vie au Rez de ChaussĂ©e, salle Ă  manger, cuisine, salon, jardin d'hivers, est trĂšs agrĂ©able, nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ©. Les chambres sont toutes magnifiques. La chambre principale avec sa lumiĂšre et sa vue sur deux orientations, sa salle de bain et douche et sa piĂšce dressing et rangement est un ensemble superbe. Enfin, le jardin est une Ɠuvre d’art !

magnifique villa

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour à Saint-Jacut de la mer dans cette villa idéalement située dans le village et entourée d'un parc fleuri et verdoyant. La propriété pleine de charme est décorée et meublée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. Sa proximité avec les plages est également trÚs appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cadre idyllique et super prestations

Nous sommes 4 couples d'amis à avoir séjourné dans la villa. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison spacieuse et rénovée avec goût. L'emplacement est idéal entre les commerces situés au bourg et la pointe de la presqu'ßle. De plus, il y a une belle vue mer des chambres. On recommande cette confortable location.
