About this property

House / Villa - Cancale

Very confortable house + veranda in CANCALE, located in LE VERGER, nearby 3 sandy beaches + the famous chapel with the same name linked by a very picturesque « path of the customs officers ».
You will notice with the following documentation that our holiday home was made for one or two families together (with one child or more) each one living at its own pace, and joining in the common rooms (living/dining room, kitchen and particuliarly the large veranda remarquably located so that one can have breakfast enjoying the sun rise, and dinner enjoying the sun set). The house is very well insolated.
It is surrounded with a yard planted with several eucalyptus and many small patches of trees (mimosas, forsythies, cotoneaster, camellias, etc…). It is in a very calm quiet area, far from any traffic, and children can play very safely.

Perfect verblijf voor een grotere groep (tot max. 10 personen), ook met kinderen!

We hadden een geweldige week in Cancale met 7 volwassenen. Heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor trips naar Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Dinan, Saint Suliac, Dinard, Rennes, etc. Heerlijke streek voor zeevruchten (oesters, mosselen, etc.) en vis. Klantvriendelijke en perfecte afhandeling door eigenaar. Aan te bevelen!

Excellent séjour (environnement, météo, hébergement)

Hébergement très fonctionnel (3 SDB!) et de grande qualité. Top pour sa très grande terrasse-véranda (énorme cerise sur le gâteau) Top pour les équipements pour notre bébé (23 mois) y compris dans le jardin. Très bons contacts à distance avec les propriétaires.

Tolles Ferienhaus für große Gruppen

Vier Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer - da ist genug Platz. Küche prima eigerichtet, und eine geräumige Terrasse. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen. Alles bestens. Sogar ein Bus hält quasi vor der Haustür. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist auch mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es gibt z. B. viele Bücher (Reiseführer, Geschichte, Belletristik) und Gesellschaftsspiele. Zudem ist der Vermieter ein sehr guter Ansprechpartner. Vielen Dank.
