Ideally located 300 m from the cabin for Les Grands Montets (3300m). Enjoy it during the winter and the summer ! Entirely renovated 200 sq m chalet in 2006 and 2010,can host 10 people (+2 in mezzanine.
All rooms have their own shower, toilettes,sink and towel-heater .Sauna, Hot tub, flat screen TV + satellite (UK, French and German channels),fully equiped kitchen, free access to Internet and phone. Private parking for 2 cars.

We had a lovely stay overall. The host was very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful throughout, which made a real difference to our experience.The chalet itself is in a great location, very convenient and easy to access everything we needed. It worked well for our trip and had everything essential in place.That said, the property would benefit from some maintenance and general upkeep to bring it up to its full potential. The hot tub, which was one of the main draws for us when booking, wasn’t clean during our stay and the cover was broken, which was disappointing.With a bit of attention to these areas, this chalet could be excellent.

Family ski trip

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday with two families. It was a perfect size, location, and style for our ski Christmas trip. Nicolas was incredibly responsive to any questions we had before and during the trip. The pictures don’t do the place justice - it exceeded expectations.

The location is fantastic in the Chamonix valley with easy access to buses, trains, lifts, etc. As a group, the fact that each room was ensuite was wonderful and made it feel like a hotel stay. The house is very quiet at night and yet in easy reach for shops, bars etc. The host was always available to deal with the few issues we had. I did think from the description that the house was more modern than it actually is, and in some areas cleaning was not great. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would stay at this house again for its convenience and the en-suite rooms

Spacious, clean, will come again!

Walking distance from the Grand Montets lift and into village centre. Well appointed chalet with spacious rooms and lots of storage. We had a day when the lifts were shut but the chalet was a good place to be and even had a good stock of games, dvds and books. Nice boulangerie up the road. Nicolas is a great host with clear and timely communications and lots of helpful information- thank you Nicolas!

Très beau chalet bien placé

6 chambres bien conçues avec leurs salles de bain . Beau séjour avec vue Mont Blanc les grands Montets accessible à pied avec des jeunes enfants. Pas de bruit un très beau lieu de séjour familial

Chalet ancien traditionnel Belles chambres avec sdd Salon un peu petit Pistes proches Nous avons rendu le chalet (encore plus ) propre et les 300 € (cher) de ménage ne nous ont pas été décomptés. Quand on pense à l'abonnement qu'un propriétaire paye déjà pour figurer sur le site Abritel, ce site se goinfre désormais en facturant au locataire 8% de frais !

Fantastic place for a family vacation

Spent a week with 5 kids and 5 adults.. Great place and very helpful owner and caretaker. Easy access to Argentiere lifts also very convenient. Highly recommendable.

Perfect chalet for the legendary skiing of Chamonix

The owner was extremely helpful with great communication and the house was perfect for our stay! The beds were very comfortable and every bedroom has it's own bathroom! We were very excited to find out that none of the 12 of us would have to sleep on a fold out couch or some sort of futon. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the Grand Montets ski lifts and the same to the charming shopping and restaurant district of Argentiere. Downtown Chamonix is an easy bus ride away. We had a great time and will hopefully make it back in the future!

Parfait !

Agréable et spacieux chalet très bien situé

6 vraies chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain, une grande table pour les repas, une décoration chaleureuse sans tomber dans le kitsch, des lits confortables et une situation géographique exceptionnelle pour de très bonnes vacances à Argentière avec le Mont Blanc quasiment dans son jardin. Le Chalet est situé dans un petit lotissement, en retrait de la route. Pas de nuisances sonores. Le Petit Train qui relie Chamonix à Argentière arrête de circuler en début de soirée et ne commence que vers les 9h00 du matin, fais peu de bruit et circule à faible fréquence. Il suffit de traverser la grande route et traverser une passerelle pédestre, et vous voilà au pied des cabines et du téléphérique des Grands Montets. Le centre d'Argentière est à 600m. Là on trouve la Poste, la boulangerie (très bon pain), un petit Super U, quelques restaurants et des magasins vendant des produits régionaux. On est à 10 mn de Chamonix en voiture où on trouve un Carrefour Discount, un supermarché U et 3 supermarché Casino. Beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants parmi lesquels le Cap Horn, la Cabane, la Remise (à mi-chemin entre Argentière et Chamonix) et le Irish Coffee (excellents Irish Coffee, Baileys'ccino et autres boissons chaudes alcoolisés). Nous avons également fait de la luge d'été (en plein hiver) vers la piste de ski des Planards. Spacieux jacuzzi dans le jardin. Rack chauffant pour chaussures de ski. Bon système pou ranger les skis. Après avoir bien déneigé le parking nous avons pu garer 5 grandes voitures. Contact très agréable avec le propriétaire du chalet et la personne qui s'occupe de préparer le chalet. Ce chalet est idéal pour des vacances entre amis ou différentes familles.

Excellent vacations in Argentiere

"We spent this winter holiday in Argentiere, in a little place at the bottom of the majestic Mont Blanc. I found the town extremely cozy and comfortable, with no hustle and bustle, with no cable car queues. As it is very common in France we were staying in a chalet having a merry company of friends and children around us. The chalet turned out to be very nice, much nicer than it had been expected according to the pictures. Every detail had been taken care of, there was a drying cupboard for our skis, an extra one for the boots (by the end of our vacation it was broken, but manager promised to fix it), a washing machine also with a drying cupboard, a well equipped kitchen, a sauna and, of course, a splendid jacuzzi on a small lawn behind the house surrounded by the forest descending from the mountain. So after skiing you could put into the warm water of jacuzzi treating yourself to a glass of champagne or beer and admiring the sky full of stars and taking in the snow-covered mountains. And what is more important you didn’t need to either switch it on or wait for the water to get heated up – the only movement you had to do was to uncover it and there it was – warm water welcoming you. There were six bedrooms in the house, all of them quite spacious, we even managed to fit in with comfort two children beds for our little ones. Each bedroom had a bathroom, which I found very comfortable indeed. Almost each bedroom had a panoramic view either of the forest or the next hill, and three out of six bedrooms had an extra way out to the balcony. I would also say many thanks to Nicolas(owner), he gave us a lot of useful suggestions regarding restaurants, ski rentals etc. He spent a lot time for it and I appreciate it. We spent two terrific weeks there and I hope we will come there back soon "

Excellent WE à la neige

Nous avons loué le chalet pour un WE en janvier 2014. Nous étions 12 et parfaitement installés (6 chambres doubles, avec une salle de bain pour chaque chambre). Emplacement idéal pour aller à pied jusqu'au départ des Grands Montets. Le jacuzzi, après la journée de ski, à l'extérieur, entouré de neige et sous les étoiles, est un plus.

Schönes Chalet. Leider fu...

Schönes Chalet. Leider funktionierte die Sauna nicht. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und reduzierte den Preis. Die Bahnlinie in Hausnähe stört nicht. Zum Skibus und zur Talstation sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß.
