Schöne Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können und irgendwie muffig gerochen.Denke aber der Geruch kam aus dem Lüftungsschacht oder aus dem Abfluss. Liegt vielleicht daran das die Wohnung im 17 Stockwerk ist und der Schacht mit Allen anderen Wohnungen verbunden ist.Trotzallem war Alles sonst in Ordnung .Verwalter und Haushälterin waren sehr Nett und zuvorkommend.

Hoch oben hat man einen besonders schönen Überblick über den ganzen Strand und das Golf von Roses.

Très jolie location. .. l'appartement est très justement aménagé. . L'espace est optimisé. . Nous avons tout trouvé ce qui nous était nécessaire. .. l'accueil à été parfait. ... l'appartement était très propre.. Beaucoup de regrets à partir... parce qu'on se sentait bien chez vous... devenu chez nous le temps de quelques jours. .. Merci encore à vous à très vite.. Cordialement

Magnifique vue sur la mer, appartement propre et spacieux, propriétaires très agréables et sympas

Nous avons passé d'agréable vacances au sein de cet appartement. La vue sur la mer y est magnifique (levé de soleil à ne pas manquer). L'appartement est propre et spacieux. Il est également bien équipé (machine à laver, accessoires de cuisine, matériel et produits ménagés, quelques jeux pour les enfants, etc.) Pour une famille un peu nombreuse, il ne manque que le lave vaisselle et un aspirateur. Il peut être intéressant de louer une place de parking pour la semaine, cela évite de se trouver une place gratuite à 100 ou 300 mètres de l'appartement (la police tourne pas mal). Sinon, l'immeuble est propre et bien surveillé, il dispose de 3 ascenseurs. Malgré une large plage en face de l'appartement, nous vous conseillons de profiter également des petites criques après Roses à environ 15~20 min (surtout pour les amateurs de plongé) l'eau y est bien plus transparente (prévoir une GoPro pour filmer les poissons). Nous recommandons cet appartement, les propriétaires sont très agréables, sympathiques et chaleureux.

Un super séjour!

Appartement correspondant entièrement aux photos du site, rien besoin d'apporter tout est là ! Situation idyllique avec vu sur mer et au pied de tous commerces! On pose la voiture et tout se fait à pieds, le rêve! Propriétaire adorable ! Je garde précieusement les coordonnées pour y retourner !

Waren im August/September 2014 in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Lage, super Aussicht vom Balkon. Lediglich die Schlafcouch ist nicht ganz so bequem. Gerne wieder.

"Sin duda repetiremos!!! Apartamento muy coqueto, con todo los necesario. En primerísima línea de mar. Impresionante las vistas. Ideal para un matrimonio con niños o dos parejas. Al ser un 17 de altura queda aislado del ruido exterior de la calle. El sofá-cama bien. Buena limpieza. Fácil aparcamiento en la zona, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que el sábado a la mañana hay mercadillo por lo que hay que evitar dejar el coche en la avenida principal sino se lo lleva la grúa. Se dispone de pubs, diferentes tipos de restaurantes y supermercado alrededor. Eso sí, el trato con Inés la dueña supero el 10, súper amable y atenta. Realmente nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. Gracias por todo y hasta la próxima!!!"

"Appartement trés agréable avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Roses. Au 17 ème étage, pas de bruit de rue. Plein soleil (en juillet) jusqu''à 12h30, puis heureusement le balcon passe à l''ombre se qui permet de manger sur le balcon. Equipé correctement. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. En ce qui concerne l''environnement, pub et boulangerie au pied de l''immeuble ; supermarché à 5 minutes à pied ainsi que tous les commerces ... A voir : les canaux. Plage propre. Super séjour en ce qui nous concerne."
