Idéalement situé pour visiter Florence et Rome.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE - SOGGIORNO BELLISSIMO.
Siamo appena rientrati dopo un soggiorno di 3 notti in questa struttura e posso dire che ritorneremmo subito.....Appartamento ampio e ben ristrutturato, ottima accoglienza (il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare un bel cesto di frutta fresca sulla tavola e nel frigo acqua, succo di frutta per i bambini e una buona bottiglia di vino). Consiglio questa struttura a famiglie con bambini per ottimo rapporto qualita'-prezzo, perche' e' un posto tranquillo in cui rilassarsi dopo aver visitato posti bellissimi (noi siamo stati ad Orvieto e ad Assisi). Nel tardo pomeriggio quando rientravamo era molto piacevole potersi tuffare nella piscina di acqua salata che e' pulita e ben tenuta. Un abbraccio ai proprietari e un bacio particolare alla signora Lina, una dolcissima nonnina con la quale era molto piacevole intrattenersi a chiacchierare. Lorena B (Biella)

Toller Urlaub in Umbrien
Schöne und sehr familiäre Anlage! Großer Pool mit allem das man braucht.
Wir werden wiederkommen!
Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden im Reihen-Bungalow.

Un soggiorno STUPENDO
Sono stato in questa struttura due anni fa, e quest'anno ho deciso di ritornarci. Posso solo dire che è ancora un ottimo posto per le vacanze! Piscina ben tenuta e pulita, posto tranquillo. Appartamento semplice ma a cui non manca nulla. La piscina per intere giornate era libera e quindi ero l'unico ad utilizzarla. Per spostarsi c'è bisogno dell'auto ma si arriva facilmente ovunque. La zona ha infatti molti posti d'interesse. Vicini e lontani, basta organizzarsi e si vedono davvero bellissimi posti. Orvieto piccola ma splendida, organizzata bene e non ci si annoia. I proprietari molto simpatici e per nulla invasivi, si mettono a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità e rendono il soggiorno completo con biciclette, griglia barbecue e tanto altro.
Che dire, una vacanza da provare per chi vuole stare in tranquillità e rilassarsi davvero. Non ci sono spese aggiuntive. Il prezzo fa riferimento a tutti i costi della struttura, quindi non ci saranno sorprese per acqua, corrente o altre balzelli che altri applicano.
Credo di ritornarci appena possibile.

Très bien
Location bien située pour visiter Rome (train à partir d'Orvieto pour éviter de prendre la voiture), le sud de la Toscane et l'Ombrie.
Location propre qui correspond au descriptif. Accueil chaleureux avec des petites attentions tout au long du séjour.

Propietario muy amable y ...
Propietario muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que hiciera falta, lugar alejado de los sitios céntricos pero agradable y bien situado. En equipamiento le he puesto un 3 ya que no disponía de microondas y los apartamentos están muy aprovechados de espacio, pero es fácilmente subsanable.
