The villa has two bedrooms (each with a king-size bed), a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a balcony with desert views. Portuguese decor throughout — warm and well-appointed.



Sleeps up to 6. Quiet, private, and extremely convenient. Costco, Target, Trader Joe's, restaurants, and a movie theater are all within a short drive.



The Space:

The villa spans 1,300 square feet on the second floor. Open layout with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen has full-size appliances, cookware, and dinnerware — ideal for longer stays. Portuguese decor throughout: warm textures and tiles that make it feel like a home rather than a generic vacation rental.



Guest Access:

Full access to the villa and all shared amenities in the complex, including the pool area.



Self-check-in with a code provided before arrival. Flexible check-in time — just let us know if you need to arrive early or late.



The Neighborhood:

La Quinta is one of the most desirable communities in the Coachella Valley — quieter and more residential than Palm Springs, with everything nearby.



The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is a 5-minute drive — home to the BNP Paribas Open, one of the largest tennis tournaments in the world. If you're visiting for the tournament, this is the most convenient location you'll find.



For golfers: PGA West, La Quinta Resort Golf, SilverRock, and dozens of acclaimed courses are within 10–15 minutes. The Coachella Valley is considered one of the premier golf destinations in the United States.



Palm Springs is 25 minutes west. Desert shopping, outlet malls (Desert Hills Premium Outlets), Old Town La Quinta, and the Palm Springs Art Museum are all easy day trips.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended — the Coachella Valley is designed for driving.



From the villa:

• Indian Wells Tennis Garden: ~5 min

• Palm Desert dining and shopping: ~10 min

• Palm Springs: ~25 min

• Desert Hills Premium Outlets: ~30 min

• Joshua Tree National Park: ~45 min

• Palm Springs International Airport (PSP): ~20 min

• Los Angeles: ~2.5 hrs



Uber and Lyft are available but less frequent than in cities. Having your own car is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

Important: Electricity is NOT included during summer months (June through October). Guests will receive a bill for electricity usage. During fall, winter, and spring, electricity is included.



Check-in: 3pm (flexible). Check-out: 11am. Minimum 2-night stay.



For BNP Paribas Open visitors: book well in advance — the tournament creates very high demand across the valley.
