Sauberes Haus

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Gastgeber Nino war sehr bemüht. Das die beiden Bereiche/ Schlafzimmer getrennt sind, also 2 Wohnungen sollte direkt erwähnt werden. Personen die schlecht zu Fuß sind haben u.U. Probleme. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage und toller Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft. Alles was man zu Leben benötigt kann man in der Nähe finden. Assisi, Perugia und Nocera Umbra sind schöne altertümliche Städte, welche mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen sind. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Mirando hat all unsere Fragen geduldig beantwortet. 😄 Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Kommen gerne wieder. LG aus Berlin

Urlaub mal anders😉👑

Durch Corona ist dieses Jahr auch der Urlaub andere gewesen. Wir können sagen das wir viel Ruhe und Entspannung in diesem Haus gefunden haben. Der Pool war das i-Tüpfelchen. Eine einzigartige Aussicht beim Sonnenbaden.Sehr netter Vermieter und immer hilfsbereit.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine beaucoup trop courte dans cette belle maison. L’intérieur est très agréable, il ne manque rien. La terrasse et la piscine sont très bien orientées. La vue est superbe. On était au calme et le soleil était au rendez-vous. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour passer une semaine de farniente totale ! Merci Mirando pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. En résumé, c’est vraiment un petit coin de paradis !

Maison de village dans la colline avec vue sur la vallée et une grande piscine, calme et détente ...

Nous avons passés 3 semaines excellentes dans cette maison de village où le soleil ne nous a pas quitté. Elle est très bien orienté avec soleil couchant visible de la terrasse en fin de journée. La piscine est grande et l'eau délicieusement douce ( pas de chlore) et propre. Il y a 3 chambres dont 2 indépendantes ce qui peut-être un inconvénient si l'on a de très jeunes enfants, mais parfait avec des plus grands ou si l'on vient à plusieurs couples. Pas de vis à vis, une très belle vue sur une vallée où l'air est pur. Beaucoup de quiétude et de tranquillité. Toutes les commodités sont à 10 min. en voiture. La région est très belle et pas envahie par des hordes de touriste ce qui permet de garder une réelle authenticité. Les gens sont très gentils et nous avons adoré faire les marchés et manger de bons produits du terroir, dont les truffes d'été au travers de divers plats. Vous êtes à 2 pas d'Assises et de Pérouse. Tout proche de jolies villages médiévaux. Des sentiers de randonnées sont facilement accessibles en famille. Nous avons été très gentiment accueilli par le propriétaire qui parle français et qui vous donnera toutes les clés pour découvrir le secteur et vous faire découvrir les truffes italiennes ! N' hésitez pas à découvrir cette région à partir de cette maison, véritable sas de décompression. Vous ne serez pas déçu.
