Excellent location. Right by a creek and you can hear it very quiet location. If people are staying in the unit above you, they must not have any carpet in it. It must be all wood or tile. You can hear every footsteps. Would definitely rent this again mainly due to its wonderful location.

Overall, the unit was ok. The Vrbo website shows that it was supposed to be a king Bed in the master bedroom and It was a queen. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but considering we take very limited vacations, this is one of the items that we must have, so it was disappointing for us not to have the king. We reached out to the listing agent and they agreed an error occurred. They apologized and offered us a discount on the rate. The couch in the living room literally has no cush in the cushions so every time you sat down, it was like sitting on the floor. So that left only two other chairs to sit in. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was loaded with pots, pans and all necessary cups and dishes. The communication was top-notch and the directions were very clear. The area was quiet and the surrounding property was well maintained. I would stay there again, maybe just a different unit.

We come to Keystone every summer! Always have the time of our lives. We love Rainbow Park with skate park in Silverthorne as well as fishing in Lake Dillion. We always stay in this condo, never have any complaints. If or when there is a concern we just text and things are addressed. Thanks

It had an amazing jetted tub and a really comfy couch and living area. It felt out of the way of busyness but not far from Lake Dillon and surrounding areas. We enjoyed walking down to the river and the overall area and place very much!
