Villa très bien située en contrebas du centre de Bidart, au bord de la rivière Uhabia et de la nouvelle "Voie Verte" qui aboutit à un parc d'attraction "Bid’a Parc" et à la plage de l'Uhabia (10 mn à pied) .Une navette gratuite estivale N30 du réseau régional de bus dessert les cinq plages de Bidart, le centre-bourg et le moulin de Bassilou (boulangerie et pâtisserie artisanales) .La maison de 240 m2, très bien isolée, dispose de tout le confort et des équipements indispensables .Accueil chaleureux de Mr et Mme ORTIZ, les propriétaires des lieux .Francis Verdier

Wir haben in Bidart 2 Wochen mit unseren Kindern 2 Hunden verbracht. Das Haus hat eine angemessene Größe für 10 Besucher, auch der Garten bietet ausreichend Platz. Zum Strand ist man nur wenige Minuten unterwegs. Leider war der Online-Auftritt widersprüchlich, so dass wir mit einem Bad mehr gerechnet hatten. Außerdem gab es zum Teil (z. B. in den Bädern) Reparaturbedarf. Trotzdem hatten wir zwei erholsame Wochen, die im Nachgang durch eine wirklich unschöne Diskussion über Details zerstört wurden.

Tres bon séjour dans la grande maison d Émile

Maison propre confortable et spacieuse extrêmement bien équipée ( rarement vu une location de vacances si bien pourvue) Jardin joli et agréable avec de quoi vivre dehors ( très grande table transats plancha balançoire et de l ombre) Idéale pour aller à la plage et dans le centre à pied ( ainsi on évite ainsi les bouchons et les parkings blindés les voitures surchauffées il y a bcp de monde l été au pays basque Seuls petits bémols indépendants de la volonté des propriétaires: un peu bruyant le soir des courses de vachettes et qq odeurs de la station d épuration certains jours Cela ne nous a pa gâche le plaisir d être dans cette belle maison que nous envisageons de relouer quand nous reviendrons dans la région

Très bon séjour

Villa très agréable, propriétaires très accueillants, nous avons pu profiter de la proximité des sites basques qui nous intéressaient: Guetary, Espelette, Biarritz, San Sebastian. On peut recommander cette location.

Très belle maison, bien située

Maison très confortable, avec de grandes pièces. Le jardin permet de profiter des après-midi ou des soirées. L’emplacement permet de se rendre à pied dans le centre du village et vers les plages sans traverser la route. Accueil parfait.

Maison parfaitement placée et propriétaires agréables et de bon conseil. Les voisins sont sensibles au bruit mais pas dérangeants. L'annonce ne vend presque pas assez bien la maison pour la qualité de séjour proposée.

Superbe semaine

Nous étions 11 amis de 25 ans et étions venus pour surfer une semaine. La maison est très agréable, on y est au calme dans son grand jardin, tous les équipements sont là pour cuisiner pour 12, on peut tous tenir dans le salon en se serrant un peu et surtout on est à 10 min à pied de la mer. Le rip curl sur le chemin loue des planches de surf, il suffit alors d'aller dans l'eau ! Attention il y a pas mal de rochers donc bien repérer le terrain et parfois il y du courant. Sinon très bon spot pour les débutants comme les confirmés. Propriétaire arrangeant. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine !

Excellent séjour de Noël en famille, dans une maison particulièrement bien équipée, où l'on se sent comme chez soi, avec un environnement très agréable et toutes les commodités. Très bon accueil par un propriétaire aimable et sympathique.

On ne peut trouver mieux parfaitement propre bien organisée ,vaisselle utile et abondante pour une famille, plage accessible sans voiture car 5 minute à pied par chemin agréable, chambres de bonne qualité ainsi que la literie , salle de bains et douche très bien enfin je ne trouve aucun défaut aucune critique cette location est parfaite

ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hause der Familie Ortiz sehr genossen. Das Haus ist vollständig und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet Großfamilien sowie Freunden ausreichend Platz. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage ist perfekt, es sind ca. 10 gemütliche min zum Strand am Fluss entlang, trotzdem bekommt man im Haus den Trubel des Nachtlebens nicht mit. Eheleute Ortiz sind liebenswerte Vermieter, die das Urlaubserlebnis mit Ihrer freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Art bei jedem Problem abrunden. Wir haben den Urlaub in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen - vielen Dank, liebe Familie Ortiz !!!

Great location for little legs

A very relaxing week - the house had all equipment you could wish for on a self catering holiday and was the perfect location for a short (flat!) walk to the beach or the short climb up in to Bidart (both easily managed by our group of 3 - 7 year olds without complaints). There's even a small theme park perfect for young children just the other side of the river. We flew in to Biarritz and managed the week without hiring a car (a bus stop at the end of the road for buses up and down the coast - and other ones going closer to the house to serve areas of Bidart itself). We were given a very warm welcome by our host, Emile and have no hesitation in recommending the property - you just need to keep an eye on the little ones in the garden because of the river that borders it (no fencing).

Accueillant et Généreux

Lovely location, very comfortable and everything a cook needs. This is the place for relaxation. Perfectly suited for a large family get together. Very gracious host. Bel emplacement, très confortable et tout un cuisinier a besoin. Ceci est le lieu de détente. Parfaitement adapté pour une grande famille se réunissent. Très aimable hôte.
