About this property

Beautifully located, in the heart of the Emerald Coast.
From the swimming pool you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and admire at sunset the striking scenery offered by the San Pantaleo rocks.
From the terrace the view embraces the entire gulf, from Cala di Volpe to Porto Rotondo, with the small islands of Soffi e Mortorio in front of you.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with flowers and Mediterranean plants, in a quiet location, only a few minutes away by car from white sand beaches and crystal clear sea waters.
The stay is normally from Saturday to Saturday, but we accept also other days of the week.
Stays of at least two weeks will benefit from special conditions and especially during the peak season will get priority attention.

Excellent location and views with great host

The villa is exceptional with stunning gardens and views located 5 mins from san pantanelo a quaint Italian village with several restaurants The villa host paolo was very friendly and accommodating contacting us before we arrived, arranging a restaurant booking and meeting us at the property I would highly recommend a stay and we would definitley return

Très belle villa avec piscine

Gorgio est un hôte qui a su nous accueillir convenablement. La villa est propre et très bien équipé. La piscine offre une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et la mer. Un super séjour entre amis. P.S : la consommation d'électricité n'est pas 100% incluse. Uniquement 100KWH pour la semaine. Donc bien faire attention à n'utiliser la climatisation la nuit uniquement.

Super Lage, super Swimming Pool und professionelle Betreuung

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Gute jedoch in die Jahre gekommene Infrastruktur (2 Wohnungen, nebeneinander). Wird übrigens im Jahr 2022 total saniert. Perfekter Pool mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Grosser Garten mit zwei anwesenden Schildkröten. Perfekte Zufahrt für Auto mit Carport. Was noch für einen Wunsch offen wäre: für die Nebensaison ein mit Solar beheizter Pool, da im Herbst keine 20 Grad Temparatur! Betreffend Giorgio resp. seinem Sohn (Paulo): bleib so hilfsbereit, freundlich und korrekt, besten Dank!
