The villa features a private outdoor area with pool, three large gardens, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue and outdoor shower. The pool is open from June 1st to the end of October. There are 10 parking spaces available on the property and free parking is also available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls and smart working. The property is step-free and welcomes only guests aged 25 or older. On request, homemade or homegrown products are available for an extra fee. Recycling rules with waste separation apply; more information is provided on site.
