Appartement propre et très bien situé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Marie-Jo. Le seul inconvénient de cet appartement est le bruit .

Sehr laute und kleine Wohnung für Familien völlig ungeeignet.

Es ist leider keine vollwertige Wohnung sondern lediglich ein 1-Zimmer-Studio-WG ohne ein richtiges Bett / Doppelbett. Die ausziehbare Couch war sehr unbequem genau so wie das aufklappbare Gästebett. Es ist nicht genug Stauraum für eine Familie vorhanden, wir mussten aus den Koffern leben. Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr alt und runtergekommen, quietschende Türen, Holztreppe die knarrt genau wie die gesamte Holzdecke über der Wohnung. Ein einschlafen ist vor den Bewohnern in der oberen Wohnung und ein ausschlafen morgens nicht möglich. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt extrem laut, weil auch das einzige Fenster mit einem defekten Rollo und ohne Mückenschutz zur Anliegerstraße schaut und die stark befahrene Hauptstraße nicht weit weg ist. Außerdem ist die Wohnung direkt an der Treppe und die Wände extrem dünn. Wir hatten leider keinen Erholungseffekt und können die Wohnung auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Es erinnert leider an die Monteurunterkünfte bzw. Asylantenheime.

Bel emplacement mais logement bruyant

Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir Calvi et sa région.. il est très fonctionnel mais le logement manque d isolation phonique .. c est bruyant !! Dommage !!

Super cacances

Contrairement à certains avis sur internet, nous avons trouvé que la propriété était calme, nous remercions le propriétaire pour le geste à l’arrivée ( boissons fraîches dans le frigo+glaces) ainsi que la mise à disposition de tous les produits d’entretien ( y compris lessive et assouplissant) , nous avons apprécié d’avoir à dispo une machine à laver , un lave vaisselle, un aspirateur et en période de canicule, d’avoir une climatisation. Merci encore

Séjour agréable

Le logement est idéalement situé à 5mn à pied de la plage. 10mn en voiture de calvi. Il est conforme au descriptif avec lave vaisselle, Lave linge..... Attention toutefois le linge n'est pas fourni c'est en plus. Mme Danielle qui fait la remise des clefs est très gentille et donne quelques indications pour passer un bon séjour. Certes il y a un peu de bruit de la part des voisins mais ça dépend je pense des voisins et le propriétaire n'y est pour rien.

Logement exigu et non isolé non adapté pour 5

Logement exigu, non adapté pour 5 personnes. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, pas de linge de maison alors qu'indiqué comme présent dans l'annonce. Aucune isolation phonique, on entend la conversation mot pour mot des voisins du dessus. Je ne recommande pas.

Appartamento vicinissimo al mare

L’appartamento fa parte di un caseggiato composto da appartamenti per vacanzieri. D’estate è difficilissimo dormire a causa del continuo vociare, ad alta voce, per le scale e il corridoio, a tutte le ore della notte. Dal soffitto in legno si sentono i passi dal piano di sopra. Dal giardino salgono i rumori dei turisti che cenano all’aperto, come se fossero in casa. La posizione è ottima, il parcheggio è libero e ampio, la signora che ci ha accolto simpatica e gentile. L’appartamento è molto ben equipaggiato, con tutti i comfort. Calvi l’abbiamo raggiunta a piedi in 35 minuti di camminata lungo la passerella in legno suggestiva. Sarebbe tutto molto bello se non fosse per i rumori dovuti al legno che separa gli appartamenti e alla maleducazione dei turisti che di notte non rispettano il prossimo.

Très bien situé mais appartement mal isolé

Très bonne localisation et très bien aménagé. Parfait pour 4, trop juste pour 5 personnes. Le plus gros inconvénient reste les voisins du dessus, qu'on entend comme s'ils étaient dans l'appartement : seul un plancher en bois sépare les deux appartements. Alors si ce sont des lève-tôt, vous l'êtes aussi...

We had a very nice stay at Calvi. The location of the apartment is superb.

The best of the apartment is the location! Unfortunately there were some points which were disappointed. During the check in we got information that bedlinen are not included in the price. During the booking process there were no sign that 60 Euro had to be paid extra for bed linen. Unfortunately it was not possible to use the washing machine because it smells quite bad. The apartment is extremely noisy. Just behind the apartment there is the starway which leads to lot of noises. All in all the apartment is fine if you are not sensitive to noise.

Séjour à Calvi

L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel idéalement situé à côté de la plage. Il est un peu juste pour 5 surtout quand la clim est en panne et que malgré plusieurs relances le propriétaire n'a rien fait pour faire passer un réparateur et ne répondait plus à nos appels. Les 35° non stop ont vraiment gâché notre séjour !!! Dommage !!!

Un très bon accueil, un studio bien rangé et propre à notre arrivée, des installations fonctionnelles. La clim fonctionne bien, la télé aussi, la salle de bain est super. Très bon séjour dans ce studio.

Beau studio agréable et fonctionnel

Le studio est très bien aménagé et l'espace est fonctionnel. Il y a un grand frigo, la literie est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. L'ensemble de l'appartement est très propre, la salle de bain est spacieuse et très propre également. La décoration est très sobre juste ce qu'il faut. La situation de l'appartement est idéal à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, à 15 minutes à pied du supermarché. On peut rejoindre très facilement le centre de Calvi à pied grâce à la promenade le long de la plage. C'est un studio donc petit, mais à Calvi on vit principalement dehors. L'accueil sur place est parfait. La personne lors de l'état des lieux de sortie était adorable et nous a même proposé de nous déposer en voiture à l'aéroport. Je recommande vivement cette location pour l'appartement, sa situation et le relationnel avec le propriétaire. Eléonore

Ormai diventato la "nostra" casetta a Calvì"

Terzo anno che soggiorniamo in questo grazioso monolocale. Come al solito abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e funzionante, personale all'arrivo per la consegna delle chiavi molto cordiale e disponibile. La spiaggia è a 200 dalla casa, per raggiungere il paese è però necessario un mezzo di trasporto (sono 2 km) anche se magari una bella passeggiata può essere anche salutare! Un ringraziamento al Sig. Cerea che è sempre disponibile telefonicamente! Spero di poterci tornare il prossimo anno!

Il nostro secondo anno!

Eravamo venuti per la prima volta nel 2012 e siamo tornati quest'anno trovando l'alloggio migliorato: infatti i letti a castello all'entrata sono stati sostituiti con due nuovi, la pulizia dell'appartamento è ottima, gli elettrodomestici di notevole comodità (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde); disponibili inoltre qualsiasi cosa di prima necessità (sapone x piatti, bagnoschiuma, carta igienica, sale, olio ecc).Unica nota da fare è che non si riesce a vedere i canali TV italiani Mediaset a dispetto del 2012......ma questo è solo un dettaglio trascurabilissimo! Spero di poterci tornare il prossimo anno!

20-ott-2013 15.15Nuestras Vacaciones a CALVI del 30-6-2013 al 6-7- 2013: Nuestra semana estupenda con un paisaje espectacular servida de todas las comodidades ya que teniamos a disposicion el supermercado ,tren para poder visitar las playas cercanas, los restorantes y la estupenda Calvi con una playa muy linda la cual es consiliada para relajarse ,con la fortuna de haber nuestro apartamento a 5 minutos de la playa ,el cual muy acojedor ,elegante y completo de todo y sobretodo seguro. Agradeciendo al propietario Gianmaria, y confirmando de ante mano el nuestro retorno, gracias.

una vacanza indimenticabile

La casa rispecchia i parametri indicati dal proprietario: piccola ma ben vivibile. Dotata di ogni confort:aria condizionata,lavatrice,lavastoviglie,tv e 5 posti letto. Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, 2adulti e due bambini e non abbiamo avuto problemi di spazio. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l la collocazione della casa:in mezzo ad una pineta (che ci ha disintossicsati dallo smog) e vicinissimi ad un mare fantastico ed ideale x i bambini

STYLISH APARTMENT WITH EXCELLENT LOCATION

"A modern, nicely decorated, very clean and functional apartment, well equipped for cooking and doing the laundry. Peaceful neighborhood with parking space and supermarkets nearby. Logement parfait pour pou...

Logement parfait pour pouvoir profiter de la mer à proximité. On peut aller à pieds au centre de Calvi pour une belle promenade qui longe la mer. Peut-être un peu petit pour 4 personnes, même si on passe beaucoup de temps dehors. Logement fonctionnel, bien décoré. Il nous a manqué le côté charmant dans ce logement qui reste une résidence de vacances impersonnel uniquement.

appartamento come descritto

Famiglia con 2 ragazzi.Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento esattamente come ci era stato descritto: pulito e funzionale(in pochi mq si trova tutto ciò che serve) fresco perchè c'è l'aria condizionata, silenzioso.Ottima soluzione. Attraversando una pineta si raggiunge una lunga spiaggia di sabbia con mare pulito, con la città di Calvi come sfondo. Tutto perfetto. Scelta da ripetere, consigliamo vivamente
