This is a detached house for 4 to 6 people, fully air-conditioned. It is ideally located above the village of Cargèse, offering breathtaking views and immediate proximity to shops, the marina, and the beaches.

Cargèse is a lively village all year round. You will find a supermarket open every day from 7 AM to 8 PM, a bakery, a butcher, a tobacco and press shop, several caterers, and restaurants both in the village and at the marina.

All medical services are available on-site, including doctors, dentists, private nurses, osteopaths, podiatrists, and a pharmacy.

The villa is set in a privileged environment with a panoramic sea view, a private Mediterranean garden of 2800 m² featuring century-old olive trees, Mediterranean fruit trees, and a variety of flowers.

It has a large 200-square-meter terrace offering a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Sagone and the Ménasina beach. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to enjoy all your meals outdoors.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, den Blick zu genießen macht alleine schon riesig Spaß. Es fehlt auch in der Ausstattung wirklich nichts, die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Marie hat reibungslos geklappt. Danke für den entspannten Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stunning view, quiet location

Property as listed. Stunning view from the terraced area Peaceful location Steep drive to the property but manageable in our modest hire car Key pick up was tricky as the property manager does not speak a English and over the phone this was tricky. A key safe type arrangement would have been much easier. Pleasant 15 min walk downhill to the local supermarket but a hot steep walk on the way back! I would prefer there not to be any food leftover in cupboards from previous occupants not least as we encountered 2 mice while we were there - we were very careful to close all food packets with tough plastic clips. Cargèse is lovely town with beautiful quiet and family friendly beaches nearby. If we ever visit Corsica again I wo pudo be very happy to return to this property

Wonderful days

Very nice summer cottage with a beautiful view over the ocean. The rooms a very comfortable, clean and homely. We like the very generously equipped kitchen. There are some beautiful beaches in the near surrounding from the house, with a car it takes only 5 minutes. Great vacation and we´l come back.

Un trés agréable séjour

Nous (2 adultes et 2 ados) avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette jolie maison décorée avec goût et bien entretenue. Son implantation sur la colline et l'aménagement du jardin garantissent une bonne intimité. Bien qu'elle ne soit pas isolée, un véhicule est indispensable pour les déplacements quotidiens (courses, plage...). Le descriptif est trés fidéle a la réalité, les propriétaires sont sympathiques, disponibles et attentionnés. La maison dispose de nombreux équipements (clim, Wifi......) et, c'est trés appréciable, d'une cuisine trés équipée, ce qui fait que l'on se sent comme à la maison ! La vue est tout simplement extraordinaire, digne d'une carte postale. Nous recommandons cette location pour tous ceux qui souhaitent profiter de cette belle région dans de bonnes conditions d'hébergement.

Great place to be!

Fantastic location! We, two couples and one Baby, have spend one week in Cargese. I knew that the west cost of Corse has amazing nature and beautiful cristal water beaches, but this location has toped all our expectations. Calm, fantastic view and fully, quality equipped with everything you need to have wonderful holidays. Ideal for children, relaxing evenings and exciting trips. The beach you can see from the terasse is one of the most beautiful we have experienced in whole Corse, impressive coastline, mountains and the capital all in a short drive distance (you should bring/rent a car). The owner has been very friendly and helpful. If you want to experience the beauty of Corse a place we can highly recommend. We will definitely come again:)

Maison détendue a Carghese

La casa baita est la maison impeccable pour des vacances détendues dans le nord ouest de la Corse. Surtout la vue nous eclate! La description est tout a fait correcte. C'est une grande et supérieure maison avec les deux chambres, une grande salle de bain et un super salon/cuisine ouverte. C'est bien décorée avec un sens du gout et le style de la plage et les couleurs blanc et bleu partout. La cuisine est tres bien équipe avec tous que vous avez besoin. La maison était propre et tous en ordre lorsque nous sommes arrives. Il y a aussi une terrasse devant la maison avec un table pour manger et des balancelles pour profiter de la vue. Le jardin est bien arrange. La maison se situe a deux minutes de la centre ville de Carghese. La plage de pero est a 10 minutes en voiture et très jolie et détendue. Notre restau prefere a Carghese était A Volta. Carghese se situe environ une heure a voiture d'Ajaccio et c'est parfait pour explorer les montagnes (nous avons passes trois jours soit randonner soit conduire dans les montagnes magnifiques). Et nous recommandons les trajets en bateau pour voir les calanques. Nous avons envie de rentrer a Casa Baita deja et nous recommandons la Casa Baita a tous nos amis! Allez, faites-le, vous ne regretterez pas !

Superbes vacances

La maison est tout a fait conforme à l'annonce. La vue est magnifique et la maison située dans les maquis permet une tranquillité propice au repos. On trouve tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin dans les équipements fournis. Cette maison est idéales pour des vacances reposantes. Les mots de bienvenue et de bon retour sont très appréciables. Villa confortable, intimite et vue superbe

Villa confortable pour 4 personnes (incluyant lave-vaisselle, machine a laver, TV, wifi, clima) avec beaucoup de vie privee et une vue superbe de la mer, dans une des plus belles regions de la Corse. La villa correspond aux photos sur Homelidays. Le proprietaire etait tres aimable et repondait a tous nos questions par courriel ou sms avant et durant notre sejour. Le supermarche Spar est tout pres, la belle plage de Peru est a deux kilometres, les merveilles des Calanches de Piana et des gorges entre Ota et Ensigna sont a une heure par voiture. On peut aussi prendre le bateau a Cargese pour une excursion a la reserve naturelle de Scandola. On a l'impression qu'il faut chercher un peu pour trouver un bon restaurants (mais on en avait a peine besoin). Les circuits pedestres sont aussi un peu rare dans la proximite de la villa, mais on en peut recommender deux: la Tour au fond de l'isthme au Nord de la plage Peru, et la route a Paoma. En somme, nous recommendons chaleureusement cette villa charmante a Cargese. famille Van Breukelen-Souren, Pays Bas

Séjour très agréable

La description de la location est précise et conforme à la réalité. La vue panoramique depuis la grande terrasse est à couper le souffle. On la déguste dans ses variations du matin au soir. La maison et les abords sont bien entretenus, propres et confortables. Le lieu et les environs présentent de nombreuses activités : promenades, plages superbes, visites diverses et variées. En bref, un séjour de rêve à recommander sans réserves.

Un séjour de rêve

Noous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison en 2011 avec nos trois enfants. La maison est très fonctionnelle, très propre, récemment rénovée. Le séjour avec cuisine américaine très agréable. Meublé et décoré avec goût. Mais surtout… … La vue est exceptionnelle ! Vue mer plongeante, la maison est sur les hauteur, à l'écart de la ville et en même temps très proche en voiture (2 minutes). Bref un séjour de rêve, nous conseillons cette location.
