Come to Lake Tahoe and enjoy great skiing and snowboarding, a wonderful family environment and the beauty of the mountains and the Lake. This beautiful six bedroom, four bathroom house, with forest views, located in Kingsbury Grade, is the perfect venue for your winter vacation. It is perfectly situated - a short drive to both Heavenly and the casinos.

*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.

Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Plenty of bedrooms, beds, blankets, pillows, and bathrooms for our large group (we actually didn't even use them all!). Wonderfully close to both Heavenly lots (NV and CA). Awesome neighborhood. Living areas were great to hang out in, and of course the hot tub was the cherry on top.

The host was very responsive when there was a maintenance issue with the hot tub. It was fixed within one hour. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Had a great vacation here with my family. Large enough to fit a group of 10 comfortably. I had issues getting the check-in information but the property manager was quick to work with me and get me the information prior to arrival. There’s a Safeway down the road and plenty of cooking utensils to make meals as Tahoe can get expensive for a large group. Hot tub was warm and house was clean. Plenty of towels….just remember to bring your own shampoo/condtioner. Would def consider staying here again.

We had a fantastic time with a group of 10! The amenities were top notch and exactly what we needed. There was a pool table, hot tub, and grill everything we could have asked for. Our beds were super comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets. The host was super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Weekend Reunion

This place was absolutely perfect! We had a reunion of some lifetime friends and this house was in a great location to go explore Tahoe, in a beautiful neighborhood, and perfect for our needs. The only issue we had was we had to call to get the lock to the hot tub, which was resolved very quickly.
