Excellent séjour Nord de L Île Maurice

Appartement conforme aux photos (famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants : 8 et 12 12 ans), Ally le propriétaire a contribué à nous faire passer 2 superbes semaines. Logement spacieux, propre et tout équipé , à 5 minutes à pied d un centre commercial et des transports bus. Pas besoin de voiture !! Un vrai bonheur. Ally a été présent et nous a apporté beaucoup de conseils tout au long de notre séjour pour nous faire profiter pleinement de notre séjour, et cela en toute discrétion. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Sabrina FRANCE

magnifique séjour

bel appartement avec cuisine équipée, deux chambres spacieuses et magnifique piscine, proche du centre commercial (2 minutes à pieds) et de la plage (5 minutes à pieds), accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, M.ALLY, qui nous a permis de quitter la chambre à 14H au lieu de 10H, j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir

Vacances géniales

Le site est magnifique et bien situé, à quelques mètres du centre. les hôtes sont accueillants, prévenants, disponibles et notre famille à fait une belle rencontre, car ce sont des personnes attachantes et tellement gentilles! nous y avons trouvé le côté humain que nous cherchions avant tout. le cadre est calme, reposant et familiale. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Le ménage y est fait régulièrement (3 fois par semaine) et l'extérieur et la piscine idem. C'est sur et certain, nous y retournerons et conseillerons à famille et amis d'y aller.

Nous conseillons fortement cette location

Nous avons quitter cette location Royal Ho le 03/01/2015 avec le cœur gros et ce apres un mois de vacances.celle ci coresponsable en tout point au descriptif sur internet, en rajoutant la gentillesse des propriétaires Brigitte et Ally qui nous on accueilli très chaleureusement . Notre appartement au thème chinois était tres propre, et 3 fois voir 4 le ménage complet et changement du linge de maison , literie etc.... La résidence est sécurisé et tres bien entretenue. Nous remercions la réactivité d'Ally en cas de soucis mineur qu'il règle immédiatement . Cette location est équipée de clim ainsi que la wifi inclus dans notre sejour sans supplément. .en bref endroit parfait proche des commodités . Pour info des la fin de l'année nous y retournons un peu plus longtemps et au même endroit. Merci encore Brigitte et Ally pour votre gentillesse Gros bisous a vous deux

Decus

Nous avons était très déçus lors de notre voyage a la résidence "Royal Ho" car nous avions réserver pour une location dite "suite" avec baignoire et climatisation et wifi et lors de notre arrivée a notre grande surprise nous sommes logés dans un appartement bas de gamme et infesté de fourmis. Sans baignoire ni wifi et il nous dit que la climatisation c'est un supplément, nous lui fessons par de notre déception et il nous dit qu'il faut payer un supplément. Ensuite concernant l’accès a la machine a lavée il est impossible d'y accéder car on ne peut en disposer que les lundi mercredi et vendredi de 9h a 13h hors c'est les jours ou la femme de ménage vient nettoyer les locations et utilise la machine a lavée! De plus nous avons été très déçus car nous lui avions informer que c'était notre voyage de noce et nous n'avons même pas eu une panière de fruits ou autre... De plus il n'est indiqué nul par que la location est NON FUMEUR du coup vous êtes obligé de fumer dehors sinon il faut encore une fois payer un supplément pour faire nettoyer! Ensuite il est inscrit que les jours et horaire d'arrivée sont libre et une fois sur place on vous dit qu'il faut quitter la location a 11h! alors que notre vol n'était qu'en début de soirée du coup nous avons du attendre une journée entière a l’aéroport. Sinon il fallait encore et toujours payer un supplément pour rester la journée. Et concernant le ménage il faut mieux fermer les yeux car nous avions tués une araignée dans la salle de bain en début de vacances et a notre départ elle était toujours là. Et de plus elle utilise la même eau pour laver le sol pour toute les locations, Et elle n'utilise aucun produits ménagé... Je ne recommanderais pas cette location car son seul et unique mot est payer.
