vicinissima alla spiaggia Pelosa
abbiamo soggiornato, tre adulti e tre bambini, per due settimane ad agosto. la casa è spaziosa ed essendo un seminterrato è molto fresca anche nelle giornate più calde, anche se purtroppo, nelle giornate più umide, risulta molto umida anche la casa. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. La spiaggia "La Pelosa" è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio è sempre disponibile ed essendo una strada privata delimitata da cancelli automatici è anche molto sicuro.

Casa grande e fresca, vicinissima alla spiaggia della pelosa che si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti, fantastica location con giardino curato, grandi spazi interni ed esterni a disposizione, massima disponibilità da parte del locatore.

Famiglia di sette persone 4 adulti e 3 bambini
La vacanza a Stintino è stata meravigliosa. La casa dove abbiamo trascorso 15gg ci è davvero piaciuta, molto pulita, ordinata e cosa più importante che si trova vicino alla spiaggia della "Pelosa" (l'auto l'abbiamo davvero dimenticata). I proprietari che vivono affianco sono stati socievoli e molto disponibili durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La dimora è confortevole si è rivelata fresca anche durante I giorni più caldi. Il giardino è ben curato, il barbecue, la doccia esterna e un lavello in pietra sono stati molto apprezzati.
Contatteremo ancora i proprietari per un altro soggiorno l'anno prossimo. Consigliamo di soggiornare in questa dimora a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza di relax.

Famiglia due adulti e due ragazzi
"L''appartamento è una taverna molto accogliente, ariosa e comunque illuminata, molto fresca e spaziosa, con una grande zona giorno interna, perfettamente accessoriata e con un grande televisore, e un bellissimo spazio esterno per mangiare e restare al fresco.
La taverna fa parte di una villetta con un giardino stupendo, in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla a pochi passi dalla spiaggia "la Pelosa", con facilità di parcheggio nelle immediatissime vicinanze. Se tornassimo a Stintino, sceglieremmo di nuovo senza dubbio questa sistemazione."

Nous étions un couple ave...
Nous étions un couple avec un enfant âgé de 6 ans.
Le logement est excavé, donc peu de lumière et d'air, frigo bruyant, matelas hyper dur, télé sans signal, un chien qui aboie toute la nuit, voisins très bruyants et pour couronner le tout parking privé inexistant!!!
Maison assez spacieuse et près de la plage.
Si vous cherchez le calme, à éviter.
